Postmaster is never friendly. Doesnt seem to ever be happy to see customers, and she literally moves in SLOTH motion (super slow). Every visit she reminds me that I can do all of my mailing needs online from the website. The other 2 postal clerks are always very friendly & helpful. Everyone advises to go to the Murfreesboro post office..... But why should I waste gas because of a nasty postmaster??? I just continue to visit her with my smile & my cheerful mood....she hates it!!

I have always been pleased with the service I get from the Postmaster and all other employees when I visit the Rockvale Post Office. Their seemingly short hours are because they have a small crew and must open accordingly. I go in with a smile and come out with a smile every time.

I cant stand going to this post office to pick up packages - avoid going if you can. Clerks are always hateful, they are closed for almost 2 hours for lunch and tend to close early without warning.

Ditto on what she said. They break for lunch at 11am... I got there at 10:55 and all i had to do was drop two packages and they wouldnt help me

Rude post master, lazy workers, only open for like 5 hours a day.. Just go to Murfreesboro or Eagleville and save yourself the hassle
