CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! DID I SAY HORRIBLE!!!!!! ..I dont even know who I spoke with because she was so bent on getting me off the phone, I couldnt get three words in. After asking for a zip code, in a VERY rude tone she said, "Basically, what Im trying to get at is, I.. CANT... HELP... YOU! There is somebody standing right in front of me that I CAN help, so if I were you get on the internet, look up the number to the office that CAN help, and call them....." THEN proceeded to hang up in my face......... Seriously!??!?! You get an "F" LaVergne Post Office...... I wish I could give yall NO stars.................

They dont know what the $&@@ theyre doing and they move too slow Im having issues with this location all the time I buy and sell products and its hard because they mess up the tracking numbers if i have a package and its setting there at there location they wont let you come up there and pick it up instead will make you wait the next day so they can drop it off theyre idiots then wonder why customers are getting pissed off at them they should all either be fired or retrained

Long story short, the Lavergne Post Office is awful. Patrick who is the manager was very rude despite my package being lost by the post office. Oh wait it wasnt lost the courier had it on her person for two days after they said it was delivered. I actually had to pick at least one star for this to post but they deserve much less.

Each of the workers here TALK entirely too much to each customer. When there is a line out the door, having drawn out conversations, providing 20 different stamps to chose from and making corny jokes is unnecessary. I absolutely hate going there.

These are the rudest people Ive ever had to deal with and I have comcast.... No one there seems to like their job and Patrick I believe is his name was the worse if you can avoid going to this location I would highly recommend doing so..

Horrible service! I have lived at my current address for 4 years and receive packages regularly, yet the mail person continuously leaves my package at the wrong address.
