Very friendly & informative. $185 for a line clearing & only an extra $20 charge for them having to do it from our roof. We learned what kind of piping we have, what the problem was & were told we should not face this problem again for quite a while (little tree roots sneaking into our main line). We are hopeful that this is a very rare expense & grateful for the service.

Called on Friday customer service on phone is a 4. The will give me a call on Monday at 0800? I called Monday at 1030 not sure why they did not call but they would like to come out after 1:00pm??? I could not do that, lost time and $$$$$$$$.
