This company came to my home to repair a leak and I notice there was still a leak. I called the warranty company who dispatched this company and they reassigned the claim for them to come back. They never called me I had to call them 3 times and then later got a text they would be out on August 29th 2017 needless to say they didnt show up or call to cancel. I spoke with Jerry who was very rude. I would think twice before using this company. They had to assign my claim to someone else. Do not trust this company. Hi Karen! Very fast and professional service. They came on a Sunday night to diagnose the problem with our water heater and we had a new one installed within two days. During insulation the guys were extra careful to make sure they do not damage our new floors and fresh paint.
