I feel compelled to add some balance to some of the Google reviews. If you search yelp and other review sources you will notice a great disparity compared to Google. I rarely write reviews but feel I must in this situation. I bought a house with a Hellenbrand iron curtain and Hellenbrand water softener. The previous owners couldnt have had the system long as the property was foreclosed on and never hooked up completely. I re plumbed most of the house and hooked up the system the way the previous owner had. I called Angel water, as they are the dealer for this area. I wanted them to make sure it was hooked up properly, and get the system working as it should. I am currently building a house and wanted a price on a system for that as well as something at my dads house. They came out do do the service, but were unable to do anything to the system because I didnt have an air gap installed. Kind of why I called them out, do whatever they had to do to get it working. To install an air gap I would have to call and schedule their plumber to come out, then call to have their service tech come out. It would seem to me the service tech should be able to plumb what he is supposed to hook up. I elected to install the air gap myself. Called to schedule the tech to come back out on a friday. Friday comes around, no phone call. I call to ask whats going on, they say I was scheduled for Saturday, fine. The tech calls me Saturday, asks if I put the drain in. I told him I put the air gap in as I was told. He didnt have the stuff on his truck to install the drain and would call me monday when he sees what his schedule is. This is the same tech that had already been to my house once and knew the scope of the project. Monday comes, no phone call. I call in again to find out what was going on. She says I was scheduled for tuesday. I never actually scheduled anything yet and had not heard from the tech to schedule anything. I was put through to someone else. He says Lucas, the tech was off Monday. Says there was confusion because to install the drain they need to send their plumbers out. Again, you would think the tech could install a simple drain on equipment he was "certified to install". I was supposed to hear from their plumbers tuesday to schedule a time. I get a call from Lucas, their tech, not the plumbers. At this point I am fed up and have found someone else that will actually do the work. Now, as far as new equipment. Andrew, the owner came out and spoke to me and explained rather meticulously all the fine points of water. Appears to be very knowledgeable. Explained the different systems they offer. I got that used car salesman feel. Oversold his newest products and how my system wont do what the new systems do and essentially bad mouthed his competition selling saying they sell inferior products. He used how they are associated with costco as a selling point, which frankly isnt one. As far as prices go, for new equipment, they are over the moon crazy compared to competitors very similar systems that do the same thing. But dont tell him that, hell give you 10 reasons why they are better.

My wife and I were looking for a water softener and water filter system for about few years. We haven’t been able to find the right company to use. I went shopping, recently, at Costco and saw the Echo Water Kiosk. I decided to check it out and began to ask questions about their company. I was quite interested to see what they offered. If I would like to have someone come over, a home water inspection would be free. I was informed that Beth from Angel Water, Inc. would contact me within the next 24-48 hours. Sure enough, Beth did call on the very next day and set up appointment with me to have Bill, who was the service rep, come to inspect our water. When Bill came, he took his time checking our plumbing system and shared with my wife and I that the plumbers they have were certified and thorough with their jobs. Because my wife and I are deaf, Bill made sure we understood what he was saying. He conducted a test with our water which showed a high result of bad chemicals/calcium build-ups. He explained to us how hard our tap water was and we were surprised with the results. We have been living in our home for 8 year and was frustrated that our sinks, faucets, and kitchen appliances has some corrosion on them. Bill who went beyond and went extra mile by explaining their type of products they had. He knew we had a concern regarding the health of our family especially myself as I have a serious heart condition. Because of that, he recommended a high end product. We went ahead and ordered the ERR 3502 and Hero 375 from Angel Water. We even applied for financing to help with the costs. The process went quite smoothly as Bill was able to do it on his company’s IPad with us which was a success! Less than a week, Ryan, who was the Installer, came with a new water softener system. We felt he did a terrific job as he found that our sump pump and injector pump were not working at all. He was doing testing with the water and noticed the pump wasn’t picking up any water from the water heater. We felt, generous, that he had an extra sump pump in his van and offered to install it for us. Beth, who I spoke with initially to set up the appt came by to keep me updated with the process of what Ryan and his team was doing with the system. Bill also came by too to check on the service men and the installation of the system. Both Bill and Beth were very helpful by keeping me informed of what was going on in the basement. Two days later, Booker and his team came to check on status of my water softener and my RO system. They also explained to us how the Hydrolink Remote Panel worked. The service men were very punctual and knowledgeable. We were so grateful that we picked the right company, as we have noticed such a change in our water from being dull looking to a clear clean one. We do highly recommend Angel Water Inc. to homeowners who want a really good water softener system.

I normally dont take time to write reviews, but Angel Water and John T. the manager and sales consultant that I worked with has really earned it. First, I spent more time than the average consumer researching systems and narrowed it down to two incredibly good whole house and RO systems (EcoSystem through Costco/Angel Water and Rainsoft). These systems are also two of the most expensive systems I should add, but Eco System did end up being less than Rainsoft, however that is not why I went with them. It was all about results and a company standing behind their product for me. The contaminant removal/filtration was within 1-3% variation between the two systems. So, even though Rainsoft purports to be superior by 1-3%, I had no way to validate it. I worked with John T. at Angel Water and he was genuinely terrific. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and did not have an aggressive sales approach (Rainsoft was very aggressive), and really sold me through education of systems in general and how their Eco System measured up. He even paid for a really extensive 3rd party water testing post install to ensure the Eco System was delivering as promised. I also really respected that John was such a professional and didnt bash the competitors and that he quoted ranges of contaminant removal such as 90-95% contaminant removal versus 95% contaminant removal like Rainsoft. In my opinion, it just seemed more honest. They are delivering on the high end of their quoted range too b/c my test results lead me to believe they are removing contaminants at a 95% contaminant removal level. We had a whole house TDS pretty consistently in the 190s and we are now down to the mid 130s on average and our RO is at a TDS of 11 after it is remineralized. Our prior hardness was a 10 and now we are at a 0. I couldnt be happier with our choice. In the end, I think I was deciding between the two systems that are the best out there. For me, from a service standpoint and a company standing behind their product, Angel Water/Costco(specifically John T.) beat Rainsoft.
