I had a water heater that stopped working. I called them up and they were able to come in the same day for service. The man who came over was clean and courteous. While my problem was very minor, a hidden fuse switch inside the the water heater was tripped. He explained the problem to me clearly, and told me how to fix it again if it was acting up. He mentioned if it kept on happening I would need to replace the thermostat. While I was charged full price for a visit (88$ as of this writing). He said it would apply towards the thermostat replacement If I needed one in the future. I was satisfied with the level of service and I thought it was fair.
