Our shower had water shooting out of the on/off control knob, so we called DMR. They quoted us around $750 to replace the broken plumbing. They also said they needed to tear out the ceramic tiled wall in order to access the pipes. When we hesitated at allowing this, they said that we could tear out the wall in our hallway bathroom, which shares a common plumbing wall with the shower. This would have been very inconvenient, not to mention costly. We told them we would think about it and get back to them. We then had my father-in-law, a bit of a handyman, take a look at it. He came over, looked at it, drove to Home Depot, and returned with a part that cost $25. Within 5 minutes, he was able to fix the problem. Turns out a cartridge was broken, and this was accessible without tearing anything apart. That was a couple years ago, and we have had no problems since. Using DMR would have probably resulted in us spending $2,000 for plumbing and wall repairs. I would never recommend DMR to anyone.

Quoted us $589...left to get parts, but told us that we could save ourselves $250 (not included in that original $589 quote, mind you) by removing the toilet for them by the time they returned...a process which takes 3 minutes and shouldve been something they could take care of without charging a thing. They returned with parts, then spent 15-20 minutes fixing a pipe leak. I looked up how much their parts would cost, and all combined were less than $40. When my husband called them a few days later to ask why they charged us so much, they simply said "experience." So we were charged over $500 for their "experience." We reported them to the BBB, and now a year later, were having our bathroom remodeled...and a more experienced/honest plumber and an inspector has told us that DMR Plumbing did not even glue the pipe together, nor was it done up to code - weve had to rip out everything they did because it would never pass an inspection. Well never use their company again.

I live in a house with no basement or crawlspace. One night I walked into my living room and my carpet was soaken wet. On the other side of the wall to my living room is my furnace and hot water tank. I saw water was leaking out of the bottom of my water tank. I needed to have someone come out quickly and I was concerned I wouldmt find someone to come since it was 7:30 pm. I called DMR Plumbing and they came to my house right away. They said my hot water tank was definetley leaking and they were able to repair everything that was needed. I was so happy they were able to come out and help fix the water tank so my house wouldnt be destroyed. They were very nice, professional men. Thanks DMR for taking care of my problem so quickly.

These guys do good work, but they charged more than twice the price of any other area plumber. I allowed them to overcharge me by well over $1500 of what any other plumber would have done the job for. Since then, Ive found other area plumbers that also do good work and charge me around $100/hr instead of the nearly $500/hr that I ended up paying DMR. No problem with their work, but other plumbers charge less than half of what they charge and also do good work.

This experience cant even be rated with a star because it would be so negative there is not a category to describe it but all I can say is never let this company into your house especially if Dan Greico is the rep that comes to visit

I got my water bill.It was very high.I called DMR.They came out and determined that one of my toilets was running non stop.DMR performed the repair--Very satisfied with their service!

very fast response, nice, but did not feel right about it. i was quoted $1300 for a problem that was fixed with a $70 part that i was able to install myself
