Ive been using Accurate Plumbing Doctors for many years and have recommended them to my friends and family - who have all been very satisfied as well. Ive had them come out for small projects such as fixing my faucets and garbage disposal as well as the bigger issue when my basement flooded. These guys are completely honest, reliable and very helpful every step of the way. They describe exactly what my options are and the costs (which are extremely reasonable). When water was backing up in all of our sinks and the tub, we tried the usual drain products and a plunger and of course nothing worked. Our neighbor told us about Accurate Plumbing Doctors and how they cleared her blocked sewer line. I called them and they sent a truck the following morning. The plumber, using special video, determined we gad tree roots blocking our line. He routed them out and all is flowing perfectly. We were very happy with the prompt and professional service provided.

We had very sluggish drains in our home. Plus the water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher was backing up into the first floor shower. We called Arlington Heights plumbing contractor Accurate Plumbing Doctors and the plumber arrived within a couple of hours. He used a rooter machine to clear out the drain pipes and the drains were flowing freely. The price we were charged for the service call was very fair. We were very pleases with this plumbing service.

When my dishwasher turned my sink into a fountain I needed to find a plumber in Arlington Heights immediately. I went and Googled the town and the word plumber and found Accurate Plumbing Doctors. I called and the plumber at our house almost immediately. It turned out it was simply a clogged drain. It only took a few minutes to correct the problem and then told me to use strainers and keep grease out of the drains for prevention.

I had an emergency in the winter when a pipe froze and they responded quickly to fix it. This time it was last week and was clogged drain. They responded right away and fixed a small problem.
