Used this post office for 10 years. Notice of package delivered and no package (or key in box to get out of locker) numerous times. The final straw was when an envelope was returned to the sender with (Box closed) on the return. Box was active. Main 800# confirmed. When I stopped in to ask them why - they said it was computer generated and showed me a number of the label. Talked with the post master at my new PO and was told all labels get that same number because it designates the zip - no the PO box#. When a government employee is allowed to lie to a customer, that is not good customer service. Have gladly moved my PO box to Odenville where all the employees are nice and helpful and they dont lie. Lastly, when I went to turn in my Box keys, had I not asked for my key deposit back - I doubt it would have been mentioned.

I find it hard to believe that a government employee/contractor can be paid to tell lies. This is my third issue with this office in less than a year, once they listed on the USPS tracking website that they attempted to deliver my package but could not. Once I drove to the post office I was told my delivery driver called in sick and no one ran the route. The most recent 05/29/2017 was the mail carrier could not gain access to the apartment door because of the gated community, well the entry gate has been broken and left open for the past 2 weeks. Its Amazing that these people lie over and over again and nothing is done.

Although I like my post office as a whole, I was not happy that my mail-person decided to write my house number on my mailbox with sharpie!! If he/she had an issue with my number placement, a note couldve been left in my mailbox instead of defacing the mailbox. It looks EXTREMELY TACKY now & Ill have to PAINT OVER IT with black paint. Thanks for that...
