WONDERFUL DELIVERY (no pun intended) with the excellent assistance we just received. I just hung up after speaking w/ Cyndi (supervisor for our mail carrier Jeremy), There was a issue as to us receiving mail, Cyndi immediately maintain my phone # (she was putting me on hold & if we got disconnected), to contact Jeremy our mail carrier to inquire. I was on hold for less then 10 mins. ONLY for Cyndi to explain that my mail would be BROUGHT to me as they were leaving now for home as their duties were finished!!!!! I live less then 10 minutes from Post Office & they still insisted they would deliver the mail. WOW AND the issue was NOT in their error. GREAT JOB!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! Thanks Jeremy YOU are the best mail person - :), especially because we get our mail (when your on the route) daily before 11:00 A.M.

Horrible post office and delivery. The carrier cant find the strength to close my mail box door and so when it snows or rains the mail is ruined - pathetic. Come on you can do better than that - just push it closed. Also - lets talk Chrsitmas cards. My friend send a square card this year. Went to her post office and confirmed that NO EXTRA POSTAGE was required because it was small. She sent about 140 cards out all over the country. Know how many came back to her saying additional postage required?? One - the Brownsburg post office sent it back to her. Again pathetic. Who is in charge over there? I have lived in many many cities in my days - this is by far the worst post office I have ever encountered.

The mailman for the Ironwood Lakes subdivision is the WORST person in the world. He is RUDE and very disrespectful for a public employee. He will drive by my mailbox if someone is parked in front of it only to get out of his vehicle to leave me a note saying he couldnt deliver my mail because someone was parked in front of it! I live in a cul-du-sac and people have to park in front of the houses on occasion and they are NOT my cars. I even went out to meet him when someone is parked in front of my mailbox and he will drive right by me like I wasnt there. I have even yelled "Hey" and he just keeps driving on. SO RUDE!!!!

The delivery driver for the Lake Ridge area is the absolute worst. Lazy and wont get out of her vehicle to take packages to the door. Packages are marked as delivered but never show up until the day after, and sometimes two days after. Supervisors dont care after numerous complaints. Must be nice to work for the government, do a half ass job, and pay no consequences.

I lived in Brownsburg and do some ebay selling. The people here are always so kind and helpful. Since Ive moved, my mail was forwarded while I changed my addresses. I have had one issue with having a package forwarded and the postperson who answers has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I truly miss this post office!

My mom and I came here from Danville to get our passports (which I have never done on my own) and we where helped by Tara. She was very patient, pleasant, informative and helpful with us. Very thankful at how kind she was to us.

The mail couriers in my neighborhood deliver on foot and I have never had issue with not receiving mail. Thanks for the good service in Sunny Knoll!
