So disappointed. I have always chose USPS over UPS and Fedex to support our local post office. But I now have had two of my worst customer experiences there. I feel now they respect Men MORE than Women. I work till 3:30pm everyday or later. Last week I was at the postoffice around 4pm. Two men in line needed pictures for passports and were taken back to get them done. The two Men had NO problems at all. I went to the post office today to have my photo taken. I filled everything out online. I was there at 3:30pm and was turned away by the woman asking if I needed stamps. There was only one other person in line besides myself and she told me that they did not take anyone after 3pm. The MEN were NOT EVEN QUESTIONED and were helped with their passports. Myself, a WOMAN, was turned away in less than 5 seconds. And when I asked its only 30 minutes past can I not have a quick photo taken? The woman said no and turned away. Another time I was accused of stealing, my mom had bought some envelopes from the post office to ship cloths in. She bought extras. She gave me one. I COMPLETELY filled out the envelope AT HOME and had everything packaged up before I even went to the postoffice. This postoffice lady told me she could not ship till I paid for the packaging. Finally, I had to be mean because she was awful and I told her I was in line NEVER went by the packaging and my item was ALREADY packaged when I came in. She finally mailed it with a HORRIBLE attitude! Falsely accusing people of stealing from their LACK of being observant NOT COOL!

This has to be the worst post office ever. They wont unload their trucks when it comes in first thing in the morning. Numerous times I have something come in to that post office in the morning on the truck and it wont be delivered until the next day or Monday. We moved here from Edinburgh. If it came in there that morning it was delivered that day. This one wont even update the tracking information. Edinburgh most of the time got the packages on time or the day before expected. This postmaster is horrible, it all falls back on the postmaster no matter whos fault it is. Most of the time our mail doesnt even show up until 6 pm or even later. This is one of the places that should get less than 1 star. Inside isnt at the counter isnt bad, At least they are helpful.

The postman keep leaving packages in the rain I called to ask them if they would please stop driving through my yard numerous times and leaving packages in the rain when I have a front porch. Instead the supervisor of customer service has cut my mole off and told me it is a privilege to receive mail not a right and I must change my address before I can receive any more mail and my mail is on hold Im not received mail in a week because my mailman said he is in fear for his safety . But yet he delivers mail a quarter mile away from my house to my mailbox with two other peoples mail box next to mine. He will deliver their mail but refuses to deliver mine. I think this is some kind of a violation of Rights

Slow. Rude. Refuse to help. Spend more time saying No than it would take to help you. Supervisor solution - when we close, Ill reprimand staff who said wed help you. Do you realize you have competition? Do you care? Do you know our government dollars are paying your salaries? Youre a broken system. Got passports renewed - at a different post office. Efficient and actually nice. Columbus post office lives the motto, "this would be a great business except for having to deal with customers " We pay your salaries. Why so rude? Thank goodness there are other options. Never see you again. Yay!

Had to put mail on hold for losing my mailbox key. Every time I go to pick up my mail on hold, I get pressured to take the hold off, and am dealt with like Im an inconvenience. On top of just the general rudeness that has seemed to taken hold of the staff, Ive had two misplaced packages, which were in the facility. Not sure if theyre just unorganized or what, but unfortunately I like many others will have to trudge on and continue to deal with the headache that is Columbuss USPS. If anyone reads these and has the power to do anything, please go undercover boss at USPS.

One mail carrier threatened me with my life for indicating for the 100th time that an old resident was no longer at my location. I did this in a manner that was explained to me by another mail carrier. One mail carrier lied that they tried to deliver things they never did...ever. Now my mail carrier has broken my mailbox because he didnt want to deal with me refusing mail.

I spoke with a lady about getting my package forwarded that shouldnt have been. She spent about five minutes looking for it then said she would call the carrier and figure out what was going on. Very pleasant and helpful; I hope to hear back soon to find out what is going on with it.

Tried to change location of shipment since I will be working the day it arrives. Notwithstanding is a Sunday delivery but if there closed on Sunday why would they answer the phone and help me until the manager gets on the phone and tells me to call back tomorrow

I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex. Today the mail carrier stood on the steps and threw my small package up and over a railing instead of walking it to my door. I wouldnt of even known he did this but it hit my door with a nice thud.

One window is all thats ever open, 12 people in line, many employees coming up from back but no help. TERRIBLE SERVICE Go to UPS or FedEx. This is why no one uses the mail anymore. Its just for junk mail delivery.

Very rude staff and extremelly slow. The worst usps i have ever dealt with. Will make sure to go to the next town to ship something if i have to. First and last bad experience with them.

Very fast service with quick drop-off times, self-service postage machines and more. Print your USPS postage online, tape them to your letter/packages and just drop them off here.

One day the post office left my stuff unlocked for people to steal then another day they gave me a key w nothing in it and it takes for ever them to call
