Pathetic. Im tired of trying to track my mail down when because people dont want to do there job. I have had my neighbor bring me 4 things with my name and address on them to my door this week. Can yall not read? Can yall not count ? Are yall hiring special needs people? Cause you might as well. Im sure they would do the job a lot better. I have had to take off work 2 separate occasions to get my social security card sent to me. Guess who still hasnt received their social security card because the post office sucks? I havent. And they are so petty that they take the phone off the hook so they dont have to deal with the many phone calls from angry people because the post office screwed up their mail. Please get it together

Worthless, rude, & inconsistant! The social rejects at this office are clearly just collecting a paycheck. They close their doors earlier than any other main post office in the area. While Fred at Bluewater only takes cash or check, he is always pleasant &I professional. On the rare occasions I am unable to get to his usps office &I have to come to main hub IN Niceville I ALWAYS regret it. From now onis I will just pay the $3 (one way) to Destin before I let these losers waste my time again!

Awful, told me that my package was there, it would be ready in a little bit, and that I could come pick it up. When I get there, Bobby tells me that I didnt pay an intercept fee (was never told of one) and that its already been loaded on the truck. Sorry. These civil servant rejects obviously had there dreams crushed and now live day to day trying there best to screw with people.

I called early in the morning to to pick up 4 of my packages before they went on the truck out for delivery to make it easier for both USPS and myself. Was told that they were already loaded. Was pleasantly surprised to receive my items within a few hours though. I doubt that was by chance.

Every time that I go to this USPS location, I have a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the area seems to be clean. The only issue is that the shipping equipment they sell is overpriced, but thats to be expected. All in all, a good USPS store.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with this office. I mail out large orders every few days and the staff is consistently helpful and personable. My mail carrier has also been very kind the few times we have spoken.

Why this post office telephone number is always busy. No matter what time I call 678 2021 is always busy. I think Post Master needs to be replaced as he just can not manage a small post office. Dr. Asthana.

Our mail carrier at a business in Niceville routinely skips our building, leaving the outgoing mail sitting till the next day. I have called and gone in to complain to no avail.

Extremely tired of my mail being misdelivered. Constantly get my mail with "delivered to wrong address". Magazines read, pages torn out...luckily important items never opened.
