I went to the Niceville Post Office to submit my paperwork to renew my passport. Although it says on the internet that they do passport processing, once I got there they told me they didnt and that I had to go to Crestview. I drove all the way up there only to be told that I had to make an appointment. So they made an appointment for me the next day. I drove all the way back up there the next afternoon and handed in my passport paperwork after standing around for 15 minutes past my appointment time. Six weeks later I get 2 letters from the State Department. Apparently the clerk that took my paperwork was supposed to have me sign something and they failed to do that. So now I have to go all the way back up there for a THIRD TIME because the clerk "misprocessed" my application. The only thing they had to do, have me sign the paperwork in their presence and they failed at it!

Gentleman was delivering packages when I went to check. I asked him if he could look for my amazon package so I wouldnt have to come back (babies were with me) he was kinda rude about it. I didnt push. I waited 20 mins until my tracking number said deleivered to mailbox and then walked over to check it only to find no package and no key. I asked my apt office they had nothing, then I waited almost an hour to get a hold of someone at the USPS to find out my package was most likely misplaced. I filed for a case and was told I had to contact the company the package was from to see about a refund. Im so angry and frustrated with this situation. Update: I was able to get a hold of the local branch and they quickly resolved the problem. They contacted the driver and he came back to check the boxes and he had indeed misplaced my package. He apologized and that was that.

Im not for sure if its due to incompetence, illiteracy or laziness but its been over a week that I have received any mail that belongs to my address. I have been receiving my neighbors mail and they have been getting other peoples mail that dont even live on our road and to top it off Im missing two paychecks that said they were delivered but not to me. Thats just mild compared to last year when they delivered my kids Christmas packages to another place. Thank God the people were nice enough to give the packages to me. I have never had so much trouble getting my mail than I have dealing with this crappy post office. You cant trust anyone with your mail nowadays.

I called the Crestview post office around 12pm, today, I talked with a man, about how the address on my package was written wrong, but it was spose to be delivered today, he told me he would call the mail carrier and have them delivery it to my house anyways, well I waited and waited all day... Called multiple times asking if they still have carriers out delivering packages.. Well then I check my tracking number again, and he states that my package was sent back to the post office, with a undeliverable address, so basically the whole point of me calling the post office was worthless, cause he never even called the carrier.

Very helpful staff. Friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. I am in there several times a week and they are always professional and can answer any of my shipment questions and save me money. Disregard these negative reviews...its a sign of the times that social media has gone awry. I have shipped through USPS offices up and down the east coast and these folks are TOP NOTCH. .If you dont believe my post try shipping through UPS or FexEX a few times, see how you are treated, pay those high shipping costs and you will LOVE the folks at our USPS.

Devon who answered the phone with me this morning wouldnt even let me get through my initial question because he kept interrupting me and continuously interrupted me to tell me that he couldnt pull my package and let me pick it up. He continued to , and I quote, said "i wont even ask her to look for your package, because she has other things to do" and then he he told me he didnt have time to deal with me, because hes been there since 5 am. Incredibly rude, and shut me down before I could even get a question out. The worst post office Ive dealt with.

Incompetent is the only word to describe it. I understand its really difficult to distinguish the number "7" and "9" but it can be done. It seems like every other day my neighbor and I are swapping mail put into the wrong mailbox. And just like it said in a previously mentioned review, it seems like the likelihood of missing mail is becoming more and more of a recurring issue. Not likely possible but avoid USPS as much as possible.

I have a sign on my front porch that says deliver to the back porch. This guy disregards this, stepping on my blueberry plant, and runs down the driveway yelling I have a package. The back porch is covered and rain clouds are in the area. He is a new person and should be counselled.

Seems these days people are full of hate and only remember the bad things of others. In saying that I have had good experiences with our USPS, I am in there several times a week, glad they are always happy to see me.

Ive never had any problems in the office, except occasionally long lines. However our carrier recently retired and her replacement is unfriendly and seemingly very careless about the performance of his job!

Employees have been nice and helpful in my experience with occasional mistakes like any business. Lines are long during busy times and this happens at most post offices Ive been to.
