Ive worked with the USPS a lot. Ive never seen one so mismanaged as this. First, I asked if they had flat rate padded envelopes. The clerk told me that USPS didnt make those. I pulled out my prepaid postage where I paid for one, he told me it was a mistake, then I went and grabbed the one someone sent to me and had to reuse it. Then he said they must be regional. Theyre not. Second, I was trying to mail something via Media Mail, which you cannot purchase online or through the self-service kiosk. I waited 20 minutes, while the only two clerks were each handling a piece of registered mail like it was their first time ever seeing it. Taping it sooo slowly, and then making the most ridiculous line of stamps across the seems... again, Ive worked with mail, just one stamp on each seam and corner. I waited 20 minutes in line with NO movement, and left... wasted my lunch. Went back a second time, had the package inspected, then they wouldnt let me use their tape to seal the box. Im not talking the priority tape... the scotch tape. They tried to sell me a $3.50 thing of packing tape, but I declined, then went to Bashas picked up real packing tape, much cheaper, and went back to a line almost to the door. Go back today, 12 people in line, 2 workers. I dont like my odds, Ill try somewhere else. Its not that this post office gets that much business, its that they move SOO SLOW, and seem to just make stuff up as they go along (envelopes, tape, etc.). There are better post offices not much further away.

Horrible! the only thing i hate about where i live is the mail service! This has to be the absolute worst post office. My mail man doesnt deliver my mail until after dark, and takes an hour to separate the mail for the different apartments, and thats only one mailbox location in the complex. Not only that Ive had my mail person not deliver my long awaited package because they got to the mailbox too late and they couldnt see in the dark (even though they come at dark every night) only to deliver it the next day, to the wrong mailbox, so i had to call them and have them go through all the mailboxes to find my package.this happens all the time, I am always getting other peoples mail so i leave it in the box to get picked up ad it will sit there for weeks. its ridiculous. its hard to get someone on the phone at the office. I am unfortunate enough to worry every time i am expecting something in the mail if i will even receive it or not.

I moved from this postal area to TX. I have submitted the change of address well in advance and no mails were forwarded to me or my husband.After waiting for 40 mins, I talked to somebody in customer service and they have opened a ticket and informed somebody will call me and till today no call from USPS(it is a week already).So again, I called them today and after 30 mins wait, got some body and he was complaining about the other guys. He opened another ticket.I may not get handful of mails but pretty sure will have handful of ticket numbers from the customer service. I want to give zero stars, but the system is not allowing.

3/3 delivers from 3 diff companies all had shipments returned to them in one week because my address was "undeliverable" which is not true Im on a busy residential street in a house the driver clearly didnt even look for my home just said he couldnt find it. Fed ex and ups have had zero trouble finding my address. I called usps to see what the issue was and she confirmed my address was correct she said it was prob an issue with the driver so annoying now I have to wait for all these shipments to be returned to the seller and back to me with a diff carrier

This is unfortunately the worst USPS office I have ever seen. I ordered a package through Amazon Prime to be delivered to my place in two days. I could track and see that the package was prepared, sent and arrived to this location at the first day. I have been waiting for another 5 days since then in order that these lazy guys just bring it to my place that is around 15 min far away. I work the entire day and could not leave at the middle of day to pick it up myself. Probably I should do so, but they even do not answer to any phone call. Terrible ...

I dont know if its possible to have a favorite USPS, but this one is mine. Its really big, the line is always short, the queue time is short (service is fast) and most importantly: the employees here are actually really really nice. Parking is ample and set up in an IN-OUT fashion so you dont have to drive around too much to exit. During high traffic times, an employee walks down the line to see if she/he can help anyone without having to go to a cashier and speed through the process. Its pretty efficient.

They charge for tape.... I grabbed one of their flat rate boxes off the shelf, waited in like for what seemed like an eternity only to be told they cant tape up the box they are providing. They had a display at the register selling whole rolls of tape for $3.49. I dont need a whole roll of tape, I just need a small piece of tape to secure the box. Charge me 10 cents for tape, i dont care. Dont tell me you cant tape up my box with the tape guns i know you have under the counter to just try and upsell me.

Constantly deliver mail to wrong addresses and today was the final straw. I was supposed to get a package guaranteed delivery by 8pm today. Well it was delivered but to the wrong address! They put the parcel box and key in the wrong box and now my trip I had planned for tomorrow is useless. The missing package contains 4 items I ordered which I needed (and was guaranteed) by today. I live in Andersen Springs just down the road... So unhappy and disappointed.

I order priority express mail and expect it to be delivered in person. Every other time the post person just leave a note to pick up it up at the office instead of ringing the door bell to actually attempt to deliver my package WHEN I AM AT HOME. It is like they do not want to take the time to do their job. Just fantastical! The staff at the store front are friendly, and do their jobs well. For this I will raise my star rating to 3 instead of 1.

Crap. USPS has lost many packages and they dont do anything about it. We contacted them through email and they ignored it! We tried for months and gave up, they never replied and we felt like it was just a loss cause. They should just go out of business already. Their customer service is a joke and they cant mail anything correctly. They are extremely slow when finding packages and say "oh well"... overall the whole company sucks.

Whoever the mail man is that delivers my mail needs a serious attitude check. He got snippy with me for looking at the piece of mail I was signing for. It wasnt even my mail, it was something for my roommate so I wanted to know what I was signing for or even who it was even from. If hes in that much of a hurry not to spare the five seconds it takes for me to flip over and look at an envelope he needs to manage his time better!
