There are so many complaints about this Post Office it leads me to believe that these people should mail their articles from somewhere else. Dealing with grouchy and complaining people as an employee of any company is a most difficult job. These dear Postal workers are doing a great job considering what they have to put up with every day. We live in a world of selfish people where everyone thinks that they should be first and foremost. They forget that there are many other people in this world and the workers who are trying to help us, most of them are doing the best they can. Shame on the complainers. I am thankful that we have a Postal Service that for the most part does a really good job. Our mail gets to where it is supposed to go, and these Postal workers earn their money, having to deal with the sorts of people that make these comments here. When no one answers the phone, it is because the workers at the Post Office are busy helping customers. You can either wait till it is your turn, or go down to the post office and wait in line with all the rest of us. Have a little compassion for others, and remember, you are not the only person they are trying to help. Thanks for helping us get our letters and packages where they need to go. I agree. I spend $70-$100 dollars weekly with eBay stuff. The other day I was out of the 2" x 3" sticker that shows clearly its a priority mailing. I had a plain brown box. I asked her if she could put a sticker on it for me so whom ever loaded it, can recognize its priority. I asked very nicely, with a smile. She answers snidely "We dont do that anymore." I was shocked. I knew that she was lying. Was she too lazy to reach for a sticker, or just plain rude, because "she can be"? I asked her when done with my 8 boxes if i could speak to her manager. She knew why, I didnt have to explain at this point. She just looked at me, whisked herself away, and never came back. I stood there 10 minutes before I realized she didnt get the manager and no manager was coming. Unbelievable and completely unnecessary attitude. I went to another clerk and did eventually speak to manager. But Im sure shes been there 30 years and no one can touch her with seniority. I wish I caught her name, because Id publish it. Not that even seeing it in writing would make her consider being nice....

I have called for 1 week straight during business hours from morning to afternoon. Phone always busy or it rings & someone picks up & places me on hold for hours. Today was the last straw. This time I took snap shots of how long I was on hold using my office phone as well as my cell phone. Called from my office phone & stayed on hold total time for 5.05 hours! While on hold called from my cell as well. Someone answered. I advised them NOT to place me on hold & to get me to a Supervisor. She advised me her name was Diane & that she was a Supervisor. I explained my issue & at the end when I asked how to file a claim & get shipping refunded do to their error she asked me to please hold while she checked on my issue. One hour & 14 minutes later after she never returned back to the phone I finally hung up....only to still be on hold on my office phone! Totally unacceptable, especially from a Supervisor.

I spent 2 hrs over two days trying to send a package from this location to my brother deployed overseas. They claimed, despite all the evidence i showed them, that the address i had was invalid and no USPS location can ship to a nonexistent address. This, despite my mother having shipped successfully twice to this address. They suggested i ship it to my mother in WA then have her ship to what they claimed was a nonexistent address. Left their frustrated and drove to Scottsdale/Shea location USPS located inside Hallmark. Using the same system the other office claimed to be using, they located and had the package off and running in less than 5 min. I wont trust the nicely condescending but completely idiotic staff at the greenway location with a postcard ever again, let alone anything important.

Why am I posting a review when I am almost sure nothing will get done about it? Probably because we have no other choice. Our mail carrier to 85028 near Golddust and Tatum consistently fails to ring our doorbell for registered mail and it goes to the Cactus Station after two days. Then more fun begins. If you do not get to this USPS facility at the opening, youll be waiting often twenty deep in a line just to pick up packages with only one or two people on duty. Occasionally they will ask if someone is "just picking up," but this is inconsistent and a rarity. It looks like Im going to have to start using the UPS Store now for inbound registered mail. I would gladly tip the mail carrier if it were one or even two people consistently, but you just cant easily tip five different mail carriers!

I called about 6 months ago the first time, my mail was being returned, Ive lived here for two years and I use to get my mail in my mailbox but when I called a very rude man said that it was because my name wasnt in the box, I get how that could be it, but why is it that I was getting it before and then as I was awaiting important mail it was being returned half the time or ending up in my neighbors mailbox! I ordered a lap top and it ended up at my neighbors signed by MENDEZ... my last name is AGUIRRE... I ordered supplement pills and they turned out at my moms! But then when I try to call SO YOU CAN CORRECT YOUR ERRORS, no one ever answers the phone, I have been calling for weeks now and cannot get a hold of anyone. smh.....

Really really bad experiences with them. Multiple times, my packages would state undeliverable, my other packages will be put in neighbors mail box which they were nice enough to walk over and give them to me. Mind you, our house number is way off from my neighbors house number. Then I schedule for a package pickup yesterday May 13th, 2016 and for to knock on the door. The mailman delivered mail in the mailbox but did not pick up the scheduled package pickup from my door. Then I get an email from USPS that the package I had schedule to pick up was completed. Bullshit! So much problem with this, something needs to get done. I have called to file complaints before but looks like nothing is being done about it. Smh.

I scheduled to have my PRIORITY MAIL picked up at my apartment like they have done many times before. They were suppose to show up yesterday and then again today for the stuff they didnt get yesterday. I call them and ask them whats up. They figured out they screwed up and then the lady waits until 4:29 to call me and say call us back if you would like your stuff picked up today. Funny thing is they close at 4:30 and she calls me at 4:29. Typical for Federal Worker Im guessing. I dont own a car or i would just drive it there myself. So much for paying for 2 day delivery...they should be there by now and there still sitting on my desk.
