At 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, my family and I were stranded in Cordes Junction, AZ. The only mechanic shop open on a Saturday in that area was LMR (Larry, Mary and Ralph) automotive. I had the chance to meet Larry and Ralph. Ralph was able to quickly diagnose that my radiator had split open and asked Larry (on his day off) to drive to the a parts store 0.5 hours away to pick up a new radiator. Despite my extenuating circumstances, they could have charged me a ton, but I felt that the rates were reasonable. Furthermore, Ralph permitted me to observe the radiator & thermostat replacement. The shop was a bit disorganized, but Ralph knew where all the tools were at and he did a quality job at a great rate. I highly recommend this shop for their availability, their character and their quality.

I got a flat tire on my way to Sedona this place charges me $35 to take MY tire and put it on MY rim. This is a total rip off. When I asked him if he knew where the closet tire place was he said Meyer handed me a phone number uhh hello I have a flat a tire I cant make it all the way to Meyer DUH. A job that should have took 10 minutes took 35 and what should of cost me 10 or 15 dollars ended up costing me $35. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Taking advantage of people because there is nothing else around, IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! Suggest if it is not an emergency you not go there!!!
