I am so absolutely frustrated and dissapointed in the service I have recieved on behalf of my mother that I feel the need to express myself on every public outlet for others to see and be warned. I signed up for the membership for my mother who is battling with health issues that desperately require her to exercise to ease her pain. I told the rep that I would be responsible for paying the monthly membership fee and that she could pay for any additional services she wanted. My mother signed up for a personal trainer and was to pay $90 every two weeks. Well the 1st time they charged her over $100 and within 2 weeks following that, she paid an additional $180 and just 2 days later they charged my account for $90 which overdrew my account and caused my bank to charge me a $35 overdraft fee that was not returned. I was left unable to purchase gas to get to work and all I received was a "Its not my fault, its how our billing is set up" and an apology that really meant nothing. Almost a week later $90 was refunded to my account which really wasnt $90 because I was still charged the overdraft fee from my bank. Then today, my mother went in and was told she owed $180 dollars not even one week later!!!!

Been going to this gym for a little while now probably a year and the staff has sexually harassed my girlfriend multiple times the most recent situation was a front desk employee by the name of victor talked to my gf and when she turned around he pretended to squeeze on her ass and make sexual gestures ,after filing a complaint and trying to talk to authority they had a personal trainer talk to me instead of my lady and tell me they told the guy not to do it again!!!! The amount of disrespect had been taken is crazy and they offered us no support!!!! Further action will be taken. We have no room to tolerate such behavior in a professional environment and now the gym membership is worth nothing to be there and feel uncomfortable while lifting. Very poor service. I do not recommend this gym to anyone!!!

Great gym, wide range of machines and a large free weight area. Ive with youfit for 4 years and use this location frequently. Staff is always friendly. The negative comments about billing is user error, dont be mad because you didnt read the terms you signed up for. The gym is always clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the dumbells only go up to 90 lbs. I would like a deadlift/power clean rack, but i cant complain with the membership costs. YouFit isnt a muscle head gym, and they only have 3 bench and 2 inclines. This isnt usually an issue outside of 5-6pm and mondays (international chest day). Overall great gym.

Be careful of their auto resign up. I havent even been in Phoenix for 41/2 years and Im still getting charged. Ive called and asked very politely to cancel my membership and they want to charge me more money for canceling plus I have to send them a registered letter. Really? You can see that after I initially signed up I went only twice maybe and then I was transferred out of state. Im in a small rural town. Going to the post office isnt as easy as it is for most. Why cant they just stop!! Money thats why!

Ive been a member for about 8 months was laid off from my job and I asked if my membership could be suspended for a month so I can get steady income in and I could pay my membership fees with out over drafting my bank account. The people there refused to help me. And left it at that. And then the last guy I spoke to Im guessing a manager had the nerve to laugh at me before he hung up the phone. Very unhelpful and disrespectful customer service. I will no longer be a member at youfit.

Its a good place to go work out and cost and cleanliness is ok. They could use some more equipment because sometimes all the benches are all being used and you have to wait to get one for free weights. My biggest issue is the lack of friendliness and customer service. Most of the time they seem to be to bothered to even say good morning or even acknowledge that you are leaving with have a good day! I own a business and customer service is my number one priority.

After being relocated for work to a different state. It was 10 days after this plan auto renewed without me asking them to. I then had to pay for the next nine months after calling corp office and getting no help many times finally complained enough to only have to pay for 3 months. Youfit gyms are good, this training is provided from a 3rd party and they just want your money. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!!

The sign out front is a lie, they claim its month to month. You pay first and last months fees up front and charge you a cancelation fee. I got a nonsense excuse about card processing fees. Watch out for your free personal training session. Its really just the hook for where they really make their money, $400 / month training. Skip the training if you want to be spared a sales pitch.

I absolutely love love love this gym. The staff is always so welcoming and they always encourage me to do my very best. I love Kimberly she is so sweet and kind and having my nutrition consultation with her was seriously so inspiring! ☺️ If I had the means to afford a personal trainer it would be her! I feel like Im apart of the youfit family everytime I walk in!

This gym doesnt let you pause your membership freely. They require you to come in, sign a form, bring in a doctors note and prove you have a medical condition. You can pause your membership for 3 months if you pay them. Youfit sucks. They are more concerned with turning a profit rather than providing quality service.

I swear this youfit is a disaster, horrible, fraud , scams, I call in to cancel my membership and they still billing me till I come in to pay , I did not sign in any paper , they keep telling me come sign in in come sign , what paper will I sign ? Is the fraud payment scam payment that only the one I signed,

Ive been a member for a few years now. I just cancelled my membership for a gym that has a childcare center and classes. I have no complaints about this gym. The guy that cancelled it for me was very polite. I didnt have issues that others said they had when trying to cancel.

I love this gym! It is always clean and the staff is FANTASTIC! I feel comfortable going to You Fit as there is a range of ages from teens to elderly. At You Fit its about getting healthy. The prices at You Fit are a great deal too!

Moved out of the area about 9 months ago and have been trying to cancel my membership ever since. All of the YouFits in the county and Im only allowed to cancel the membership at the one I signed up at, really?!

I really like this place. There are a couple across the valley for our convenience. The prices are the best ive seen. The staff are very friendly and the people inside are as well.
