A few things in a tough experience as a first time buyer.....this was a relocation sale which was my realtors first. My loan did not close as a result of my bank making errors not being timely with paperwork but nevertheless the ball was dropped on the communication aspect with my "team". With a 78k loan on a house this shouldve been smooth as butter..... Dylan with the Chader team was a great realtor as far as traveling with me to see many houses in different towns throughout Phoenix. He was very flexible with meeting me at various houses that were far across towns (Chandler , Maricopa, Casa Grande). However, the houses he was picking were not exactly what I was looking for. In fact, the primary houses I was considering on purchasing or made offers on I actually found on my own. The house I actually bought I found. Im quite happy with my purchase but I found that I would end up making my own list of houses and having him to let me in more or less. Also the negotiating skills were sub par in my experience. I understand that all realtors want the sale. Ive had this experience with realtors in the past. I come up with an offer thats well below the asking price of the seller and I am advised against it. I offer it anyway and the seller actually came down every time. In this particular case the asking price was fair for the house. I came in with an offer 10k lower than asking price. They moved down 1k I made another couple offers. Then I made a mistake which my realtor shouldve caught considering hes working for me. I didnt think about closing costs as a first time buyer of a home. So my last offer was 168k with closing costs in response to them coming down to 169k..... After making a verbal agreement it was later that night I explained to my realtor that I couldve just paid what they asked and they probably wouldve covered closing costs. So I explained this to Dylan and he replied that we verbally agreed so its too late. So if my realtor was paying attention to the negotiation and looked out for me as a client, he couldve said hey just pay asking because youll actually pay more by paying 168k and closing costs. Overall, my experience with the chader team gets 2 stars due to my realtors flexibility and timeliness however the negotiation skills , representation and attention to what the buyer is looking for need to improve a bit.

By far the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to selling a home. I usually dont leave reviews but this was so ridiculous that I had to. Keep in mind I waited 8 months after the sale of my home to write this as I dont like doing things when I am upset so this is not just a pissed off rage. Let me list some things that Led me to writing this. This group only cares about themselves and their commission. Extremely lazy and will only do what they have to in order to sell your home. Terrible customer service Seems the only way then can sell a home is to keep dropping the price till its under market value and it is too good to pass up. They do not put forth anymore effort on their part. Their are a lot of great real estate companies out their just please dont use the Mesa group as you will regret it. Melynda Wolter was our Realter

I wish I could give less than one star. I requested info on a property from Trulia and I got a call from Steven Bernasconi he was rude and not friendly on the phone. He made me sound like I was not good enough for him or his services. I then got a message from him about how the property was under contract. I was ok with that and said thanks and thought I was done with him. Meanwhile I got a call from the Bair Group. They were so friendly and made me feel like even tho the homes in my price range were worth their time. So I decided to go with them. A few minutes later I was asked by Steven if he could do anything and I told him that I am getting help from another realtor and Steven was not happy and basically told me off. I would not recommend him to anyone. Horrible service.

David Isaac helped us find a house in Arizona while we were still living in Michigan. When I flew in to buy, he was completely prepared with information sheets printed for every house we asked to see including some similar homes that had just come on the market, and he had a very organized route mapped out. I spent two full days with him and saw at least 25 homes, some more than once. During the week I was here and the ones that followed, he went above and beyond the call of duty for us more times than I can say. He took care of many extra details we couldnt handle from a distance and was consistently reliable, communicative, and professional. We would recommend him without reservation.

Matthew was very helpful even when we first started thinking about buying a home in Arizona. He never pressured us to buy. When we were ready to make a purchase, he listened to us first, then sent us appropriate listings as they became available. His highest priority was to help us find something we would be happy with, not to make a quick sale. He was endlessly patient until we found just what we had been looking for. Matthew has kept in touch with us and treats us like personal friends. There are few realtors I would recommend but Matthew is one of them. He is both knowledgeable and caring.

Kim Carlson was amazing with all my referrals. She has been a Realtor in Mesa and the surrounding areas for years. I love that she is well connected and can help me find sources if my home develops an issue. I also love that she will help her clients in Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and the greater Phoenix. Before using her I also looked her up on linkedin to see she has another 35 recommendations! Thank you for being an Amazing Realtor!

Not only is Matthew a very like-able and friendly realtor, but his extensive knowledge of the home buying process is reflective of his deep experience and extraordinary network. Even more importantly, we trust Matthew completely. We highly recommend him to our closest friends & family as someone to rely on for good advice in the complexity of real estate decisions.

I was looking to purchase a mobile home for my Brother and his wife who had lost their home to foreclosure. I had tried 4 other agents before being referred to Matthew. It was a small commission to work for. He treated it with the same professionalism that any sale should be. Shame on the others. I have already referred Matthew to friend. Thanks, Michael Willis

I recommend Matthew to all my friends. We looked for a house for over a year. He was very patient and helpful. Eventually, we purchased just what we wanted. Then it was time for Matthew to prove himself selling our existing home! SOLD IN 12 DAYS, and in such a crazy market. Good avice all the way through the process. Thanks Matthew.

I wanted to use this company only because they had so many 5 star ratings. I should have known something was wrong when every review was posted two years ago and not a one after. There service sucks. Its easier to get a meeting with congress. I want someone who will work hard for my money and this company is not it.
