I have used Integra group for the purchase and sale of two homes. I worked specifically with realtor Ryan Salisbury and have nothing but amazing things to say. Ryan has always been poignant with his appointments, provides ideas on how to make the house more attractive to buyers in terms of furniture arrangement, exterior presence etc. He consistently provided us with potential homes when we were looking to buy that were within our price range and did his best to fit every need and request that we presented. We absolutely LOVE our new home and the sale of our previous home went through without a hitch, all because of his hard work and constant involvement from beginning to end. I would recommended Integra group to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. It is obvious to me that this company believes in the value of the customer. Thanks again, Ryan!

Terrible service . A company that clearly has no clue what they are doing. They accpeted my offer twice on a home . After I got the loan and everything ready we found out that the person accepting the offer was an office clerk that does not even have theri real estate license ! Cut a long story short after being on a high twice as my offer was accepted I basically lost the house because by the time my real estate agent found out the person who we were dealing with was not licensed there were higher bids which was a week later. Fannie Mai actually uses these guys to sell their homes ? Shocking. I have also sent a complaint to Fannie Mae and my real estate company was going to report this company . He recommended improvements that we could make to update our home so we could sell it for top dollar. After making these improvements, he listed our home for much more than we expected to receive. Within 24 hours after listing our house, we had two offers, one of which was 5K above our asking price! Maureen handled the entire process efficiently and communicated with me regularly and explained each step. Even after the sale was complete, Maureen and her husband continued to assist me and offer guidance and referrals to excellent home improvement resources. I especially appreciated her ability to research background on the home, advocated for me when needed, and continued to work with me after the sale. Maureen is exceptionally honest and hard working and I will not hesitate to work with her again or refer friends or family that are also looking for a realtor.
