After my bf and I got behind on our rent it got to the point where it was too high to pay, they charge 20 bucks every day your late. We get evicted and then shortly after that our neighbor who was a single mom of 4 kids was given 15 days to get out because the landlord decided not to have anymore tenants. She always paid her rent on time and actually paid it twice one month because the realty place lost the rent she gave them! Century 21 sunshine realty is not there to help anyone but themselves!
