Gilbert Lujan is very unprofessional. He is in charge of this Century 21 office. He came to my office to present me with a proposal for listing my home (one million dollar listing). He sprung a $500 marketing fee on me at the end of his presentation. I told him thats not how it works. He took a week to think it over then called me back to take the job. After we clean and prepared our home for 5 days to take photos he changed his mind and turned down the listing. His reason? We asked him to take photos at two different times during the day to get the light right in our home. He said that made us too hard to work with. WOW! For $50,000 (his pay if he sold our home) you would think we could ask to have the photos look right....Then at the end he acted like I was crazy for being upset. Stay away from this guy if you want to count on some ones word!
