We were not sure if we really wanted to buy a house, and after looking at the rentals and the actual amount of rent there would be for a place big enough for our family, we decided it was time to invest in our future. We sent all paperwork to the lending company, and waited. After being approved for a loan, we decided that it was time to start looking. It was stressful trying to find something in our price range that would be big enough to fit our needs as a family. After searching for about a week, we decided to bring in a professional that we knew we could trust. So, we called Jeff Paffrath. He was more than happy to assist us with the search for our new home! He asked us what we were looking for, what our price range was and where we would like to be located. Sent us links to searches that fit our criteria and we scheduled to do a walk thru on places we liked. A few weeks went by and we found what we wanted. Even though our experience with our lenders left a bad taste in our mouths, Jeff always found a way to lessen the stress by coming up with new ideas and leading us in the right direction! He was patient, understanding, knowledged, flexible, responsive, and simply put, awesome. He made the process more enjoyable and made us feel as though we had someone on our team that we could truly believe in and trust. Through the ups and downs of this whole experience, what I will always remember most about our experience will be the efforts of Jeff Paffrath and his team. I almost gave up the fight to get to the end of the tunnel, but he knew just how to keep me motivated and on task. He had a solution to every obstacle that came our way. I am thankful to have had Jeff on our team and will always recommend their company to anyone looking for real estate. Quite simply, Cody is the best. This year alone, he sold three properties for me (a home and two condos) in Summit County, making it possible for me to purchase another home--for which he also served as my agent. To say that he goes above and beyond, to problem solve, would be an understatement. Where others leave you to your own devices, and hope it works out for you, he either tackles the issue himself, or he quickly finds you the best people to tackle it for you--while he closely supervises and ensures that things get done quickly, and done right. At the same time, he always remains positive, and in close contact, which is incredibly reassuring, especially when you are based out of state, as I am, and have no one else there to protect your interests. For the three properties I sold, Cody quickly identified exactly what needed to be done to get them sale-ready--no more, no less, and then had everything completed in basically no time, at the least cost possible. Even as an attorney, and as someone who has bought and sold many other properties, I have to tell you that I was completely unprepared to encounter a young man with so much knowledge and energy, in whom I could place my complete trust. Dear Mark, Cody and Spencer Well, what a great ride. A fine team as you presented yourselves when we first me. My TWO goals - sell at a respectable price and FIND me a new cozy home in Summit Cty.
