main real estate company in town and they dont have alot of competition so this means they can go for weeks at a time without answering their phones or messages. Finally tracked down one of the lower guys on the totem pole but he just refers you back to the same dead number. Tracked down an apartment where these slugs apperently have an office and live out of but they neglected to answer the door even tho it was evident they were inside. Better off trying craigslist.

Probably the worst realty company in Colorado. They will never return your calls or emails. On the off chance they do answer you, they will offer no help. If you have the option to go with ANYBODY else, do it! I would have rather rented from a turd sandwich. Also the first 5 star review was put in by the owners wife, dont trust these people.

Bought a home with the help of Andrew this last year. My experience with IPM was not the same as other review. I have nothing to but good things to say about Andrew and Tracy. Always on time. If you leave them a message they always call you back in a timely manner.

Agree with last review. Not good at returning e-mails and cant contact a person on the phone. Lacking communication. They do take care of a ton of properties in Leadville so hopefully having an office will help with there form of communication.
