One star is actually generous for this company! Heater conversions were scheduled over a week ago for us in the middle of a heat wave; I asked if this could be pushed back and their answer was there was a cold front from Canada coming and accommodations could not be made. Well Im still hot and sweaty inside the house without any signs of a cold front anytime soon. There is absolutely no sense of customer service with this company. Unfortunately this isnt my only incident. The house was rented to us with a MAJOR fire code violation and no maintanenace or cleaning had been done. Its amazing that the house was unoccupied for a month at the beginning of our lease and these issues were not addressed. Never have I had such issues with a rental property management group in the past. And lets not forget how horrible the maintenance contractors they use are. Cannot wait until my lease is done.

I just talked to miss Gutierrez according to her she knows everything what we looking for I asked to see the house she said she will not understand approval letter I said how do I know if I like the house stop being pushy I guess this is what we get to trying to find a house on her own and we find bed real estate agents that one be pushing for us when were the one that pays their income I dont need her show me around I dont need her to show me around I can do all the leg work I am capable of that when its time to get a good real estate agent then I can do it but being pushed and negotiated to get pushed and do something that you dont want to do as a buyer I can say no why do they get mad if they want to push try somebody else other than these real estate agents very pushy and they think they know everything this happened today

I do not recommend them as landlords unless you find a house at a very good price and if you happen to rent from them they will do a good job as long as you are renting but once you leave they will do everything possible to keep your deposit. So be very careful while doing your check in list and pinpoint at everything you notice is not clean or broken because they will deduct it once you get out. Read the other reviews and make your own conclusions.

Do not rent from Clark Bros Rentals. Before signing a lease, anyone I encountered was polite, helpful and amenable towards their customers. Once a lease was signed, any semblance of respect was out the door. Look at the past two years of reviews, all one star. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER LOOK BACK!

They are rude and quick to take your money but then never fix your rental and find any excuse possible to keep your deposit. DONT RENT THRU THESE PEOPLE!
