Ive had to move my family seven times in the last sixteen years, mostly corporate relocations, but a few moves on our own to find better schools, etc. We recently decided to buy in Evergreen, and I asked a well-connected friend who lives there for a recommendation. He went through his network and came back with a connection to Carrie Hurich. Were a month away from closing on our dream home, and we couldnt have done it without Carries help. Having moved so often, my wife and I know within five minutes if a realtor is "right" for us. Some are pushy. Some talk so much you cant get a feel for the house. Some just email every listing that shows up in the county without filtering for what youve talked about as important. Carrie listens, stays totally engaged, is super responsive and WORKS for her clients. We dont live in Evergreen, and so we had to make three trips to the area to search for our home. Carrie cleared her schedule and spent hours looking at houses. She finally suggested a house that wasnt even on the market based on her local knowledge, and then she was able to get us into the house to see it. Turned out to be our dream home. Carrie demonstrated impeccable ethics, total client focus, patience with the whiplash of changing priorities and a sense of relaxed humor that kept our teenagers in stitches. Hope to never leave this house, but if we ever do the only person Ill call is Carrie.
