My review is based on the RENTAL side of KB Realty (KB Rentals). - They are very slow to respond to maintenance requests. Minimal 48 hour turn around. - Any repairs performed are simply not long-lasting. - EVERY summer (like clock-work) the water line to our evaporative cooler on the roof would break. They always used incredibly cheap rubber hosing. We always had 3 days of scorching heat in the summer inside the home because it was always 3 days until someone would show up to repair it. - The sink flooded the cabinet beneath it 3 times in our first 6 months. It wasnt until I demanded the faucets and hosing be replaced (Along with actually SEALING the sink from the cabinet level) that the flooding didnt occur again. - The current refrigerator in the home is ancient and broken. The ice machine has permanent rust in it and, if you turn it on for any reason, it will leak and flood the entire freezer. - The company that comes out to change from cold to hot and hot to cold bi-annually is changes every year and is terrible at keeping appointments. - Communication is DISMAL between renters and the office. If you e-mail requesting maintenance you wont receive any kind of confirmation or appointment time. (Honestly, Im not sure if the law two arent just an El Paso thing...) - Probably the most offensive is this: They tried to charge us 2500$ for sod replace in the incredibly small front yard. It was when I came forward with an estimate for half that cost that things changed and we actually had a return on our deposit. (Work that should have been done by the office when the contractor reported such an insane cost. I should never of even known that 2500$ was ever even a possibility none the less done my own detective work to find a better estimate.) (I will say, though, in the end this worked out. We got a return on our deposit and the homeowner actually got to do the xeroscaping he wanted to do!) While KB has made significant strides between 2013 and 2016 I would never rent from this company again and I cannot see myself recommending anyone allow KB to manage their property until further strides are taken to both protect homeowner and renter.

I do not believe almost five stars recommend for this company. My colleagues and me had similar terrible experience with them. When I moved in the carpet was not clean, kitchen was dirty, painted fallen off, fire alarm and AC did not work and all garbage was in backyard. I even had to wait the worker one week to restart the water heater to take my first shower in that home. And It is lucky that we were in Texas on January without AC for few days. All damage had been solved after I moved in one month. Appointments exist in name only. Some issues never been fixed, just like fire alarm. The home was good. Big enough, nice location. Normal on rental. I got my deploy order and leaving day in 30 days. But the company did not care. They just wanna me finish the contract till next month because I did not notice them out 30 days. When I moved out the checker checked everything and tell my wife and me we were good to go. After one and half month my wife got a check which been changed 700 dollars for carpet clean without list and receipt. And this company relocated to other office in same floor and changed its title. Do not recommend for tenements.

Worst experience ever. First they constantly blew us off to view a house I actually had to have another realtor show it to us even though they were the ones with the listing. I literally had a time set up with kb to see the house and the guy never showed. I called the them asking where he was and the lady who I talked to could barely speak english and then proceed to stand next to a bunch of barking dogs and set a car alarm off. I just hung up. But once we got the app in (using another realtor to put it in for us) it took them over a week and several phone calls. Now they cant seem to be able to take our rent out of our account for some reason. Im so tired of these people. They are awful never return calls never fix work orders. PLEASE dont use them and save a headache for the next person.

It’s a great and I find it fascinating working with KB Realty. They have the best service when it comes to Customer Service delivery. One doesn’t have to be an old customer to obtain a wonderful service from them. Looking for the best realtor, you can’t find any better one, than in KB Reality. They were awesome I tell you. They have an Optimistic view in carrying out real estate Task. They really are homely and welcoming even when you just got to meet them. Customer satisfaction has always been their core values and they keep to that. If we would buy a home over and over again, KB Reality is the best bet. We have had a very bad experience with this company and I would not recommend them at all. Communication is poor and they very rarely return phone calls, but will promise to get back with you. I requested on at least 3 occasions to have a manager contact me and never once received a call. We had numerous issues with having repairs made, and when I requested certain things in e-mail, I was told that the supervisor advised them not to send anything written to me. They also refused to provide me with the landlords contact information. I was able to find the information myself and the landlord claimed that they have had nothing but problems with them as well.
