If you have Grace as a property manager good luck. Shes just rude and unprofessional! Either comes way to late to appointments or dont show up at all without apologies or canceling. She tried screwing us over with security deposit. Didnt returned calls. Didnt show up for move out inspection waiting 40mins for her with my 2 kids. She forget her own paperwork (move in list) so she used mine and She took it without giving me a copy so I had to call again. She added stuff on the list to repair after saying to my husband its just this and that. I was really frustrated with her so my husband went in the office and talked to Dave and he fixed everything! Thank you for that Dave! Oh and the worst thing she told us the house we were renting will be sold and they want to put it on the market...its on zillow for rent now

I wish i didnt have to give them any stars. But professionalism is something they truly lack. I dealt with two different realters and bill was good on his own property but they have a lack of communication between them. Grace was horrible rude the whole time. Made me not want to deal with them. I have alot more to say but this is the short version. I wouldnt use them if i were you. Also they cant hold properties for over two weeks. For those who are pcsing here.
