Weve already told our friends and family to use Steve Spain for their next real estate purchase, so the next step is to share our experience with the electronic world. Steve Spain is solid gold. In our real estate search, he was patient, thoughtful, flexible, and communicative. If youre looking for a top-quality realtor, it would be hard to do better than him. We met Steve while we were in the process of moving back to Montana, and in the throes of sifting through a difficult market in Bozeman. My wife initiated contact with Steve, as I hadnt yet moved back. In this scenario, some less thoughtful realtors might assume they needed to placate my wifes point of view all while waiting for the man to get back in town. Steve did a great job of communicating with both of us, always maintained my wife as the primary contact, and never did anything to make her feel like she wasnt the lead (which she absolutely was). In addition to his professionalism, Steve possesses real estate know-how from decades in the building and construction arena. He builds houses and serves as the general contractor for local projects. If a property has problems, chances are hell spot them and tell you what itll take to make them right. Looking back, we cant imagine working with anyone else. Looking ahead, same thing.
