I am responding to the review of an individual, Anthony Bradley who initially emailed us for a quote in 2014 and then ended up using another company. We never moved him yet he has given our company a negative review. Please forgive the caps to hammer the point home: WE NEVER MOVED THIS PERSON AT ALL, EVER. Please understand this extremely important point before judging the review and response. Upon reading the non-customers statement, I wanted to get several facts straight to readers of this review. Mr. Bradley signed up twice for a moving quote. Oftentimes we receive information about a potential customers move by a partner website, that always has moves from the USA to another country. In May 28th of 2014, we received two email notifications that Mr. Bradley was moving from Texas to Sydney. Mr. Bradley then emailed us an entire month later on June 27th that he was moving the other way, from Sydney to Texas. Three days later on June 30th, our salesperson sent him a quote from Australia to Texas as she had to calculate the rates from Australia. Six weeks later on August 11th, he writes to tell us that he went with another company. There was no correspondence between our corrected quote and the Mr. Bradley letting us know they went with another company. The quote that we sent after his correction was an accurate and corrected quote. The Mr. Bradley never asked any details about our quote, nothing. He simply received quotes from one or more other companies and decided to go with someone else. Nothing unusual in the communication from our end or the customers end of this. Unlike these statements on here, he did not email us several times about the mix up. He only emailed us once about the incorrect destination in which we then sent a revised and corrected quote within three days. The second and last email he sent was to inform us that he had gone with another company. That is the total extent of the prospective customers communication. We have been in business for 25+ years moving household goods and vehicles internationally with great success. More and more customers are repeats that are moving a second or third time with us. There have been some other customers that moved from Australia to the USA, and we did have to change their moving direction after initially receiving their request. All of them were understanding of this correction except Mr. Bradley. For some reason Mr. Bradley described the moving process as very painful. I can only imagine what really happened with his move and the other company that moved him. However, it is unfair to blame our company for any problems Mr. Bradley actually had with his move, since he chose a different moving company to begin with. Perhaps he was upset at himself that he should have chosen us instead and blames our company for this regret. On the bright side, if this is the only negative review we have, from a person that never even moved with our company to begin with, then we must be doing something right.

Weve decided to go with another provider instead of these for the reason being is that the other provider has listened to our concerns and listened to us and comprehended our needs. We have mentioned to them several times we are moving from Sydney Australia postcode 2000 TO La Vernia Texas USA. We were made to feel as though we didnt know what we were doing and it was our fault that we were quoted wrongly, which is the worst thing to say to a customer if you are interested in their business, we gave them on numerous occasions the correct information and they still have been unable to get it right. Whilst your quote was indeed competitive, due to the lack of attention to detail you have shown throughout this very painful process we would have no guarantee that once our belongings were collected, if they ever were due to the wrong starting point, we had zero confidence that our belongings would leave Australia, if they did we dont have the time to respond to the anticipated emails from this company asking where La Vernia Australia is. I would suggest that if you intend to make global moving a business, you familiarise yourself with a globe and if you have a question about a location ask the customer or look it up. It certainly makes the customer have a little more faith in your business. My wife forwarded a similar email to the CEO of Premier Van Lines who have their headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. Ive only been to LA and TX in the USA. Ive not heard of Mesa and i live in Australia but i know that Mesa AZ has zip code 85201. I looked that up it wasnt hard. To date we have had no response... I can only assume it was sent to the wrong address. I wish your company every success and am certainly not being malicious in anything Ive said. I just was giving some constructive feedback which I hope you take on board. Maybe in the next 20 yrs youll get better at the International side of things.

This company organized our move from Oregon to Germany. We had an excellent experience with Premier Van Lines. The pricing was very straight forward with no hidden, additional costs, the quote matched the overall price and time frame and the goods arrived well and intact. Id recommend this company to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thank you!
