Horrible Business Ethics! Called our company out to repair an air leak on their moving truck, parts were not available at that time of the evening, the tech removed the faulty part and went back the next day and installed the new valve, no more air leak. Assurance Relocation Services paid for the original service call for us to go out and remove the faulty valve with a credit card (which they later called their credit card company and stated it was "A Fictitious Charge" and the charge was debited back to us). As for the second trip out to install the brake valve.... well they never paid for the parts or labor and have avoided without call back, numerous phone calls trying to collect. This company is literally run by thieves!

Furniture significantly damaged during move. Even with witnesses, the business denies this and offered $50 to close the claim. Poor customer service, and very unhelpful. Took money and ran. Inconsistent and contradicting paper work meant to confuse the customer and escape liability. Avoid at all costs! Business address also does not match real location. Office is vacant and used for storage. Update 12/1 New office address listed. No progress or attempt from Lyne or ARS on addressing my claim, or at making the situation right. Armoire still is broken. Discovered that Lyne the owner used to manage 3 Gorillas Moving in Tucson. If you do a search youll see the concern. Same 3 Gorillas culture, different name.

I was referred to Assurance Relocation Systems by a friend, and I usually dont post reviews, but, I feel like I should after this experience. From the first call in to them, I was treated like a VIP. The movers showed up clean, with good attitudes, and worked their BUTTS off to get our move finished the same day. They helped pack, they brought supplies, and they moved everything with a smile on their face! The move was affordable too! Ill be moving my office at the end of the year and will definitely be calling Assurance again. If you need reliable movers you can trust and actually afford, I strongly suggest Assurance! Due to unexpected family circumstances, we had to move from Tucson AZ to Savannah GA. We didnt have a "plan" in place, and we needed movers we could trust with our stuff. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful, and their price quote was quite reasonable. They came out a week later and literally did everything! They packed, and had our stuff on the road and on the way to my moms house. They were on time bringing it to the new house, and nothing was broken.Was nice that the price stayed the same as we agreed too! Great job guys! I dont plan to move again anytime soon but I will refer you to anyone I know who is! Thanks Assurance Movers!

To my dismay, the "friends" I had scheduled to help me move, ended up bailing out on me:( I needed help getting my apartment moved from the east side of Tucson to the north side. I called a few companies, and Assurance had the best price, and they were the nicest in terms of the attitude of the people on the phone. They moved all my stuff across Tucson, and unloaded everything within a few hours! Thanks for saving me Assurance Movers!! I wont even call anyone else from now on.

Moved between Tucson and Phoenix. Assurance did a GREAT job. Work was done on time and on quoted budget. No surprises, no damage and highly professional. I must add a 6th star for the crew working to pack, move and unpack our home in 114 degrees! Worth every dollar so we didnt have to do this ourselves in the extreme heat.

Finally, a moving company that does what they say, for the price they quote. They took care of my stuff, nothing was broken, the workers were really nice and the prices were one of the lowest of the companies I called. I moved from Phoenix to Tucson. I was worried about my grandfather clock and marble tables. It was amazing as Jose built a clock box to protect my clock. They also built special crating for my tables. The entire crew was nice and professional.
