I called to inquire about a DHL shipment and the guy was short, unhelpful, and admitted to avoiding my first 3 attempts at calling. He not only didnt answer my questions, but he also told me that I would need to contact DHL myself to arrange a pickup stated that he could not provide an express envelope. I am shipping things to South Korea and DHL is the only freight company that delivers there, and after my experience with this guy I have decided to drive all the way to Carbondale, CO to a different DHL authorized shipper because they were helpful and friendly over the phone. Vail Ship Center will never have my business!!!

This place is perfect for all your shipping needs. Bethany, Jason, and Ben were especially helpful in making sure my Christmas shipping was seamless and stress free. I had a great experience with The Vail Ship Center!! We came out to Vail for vacation this summer and left my sons backpack behind. We put a call in to The Vail Ship Center and they took care of pickup, packing and shipping for a great rate!! We received the backpack 2 days later with everything inside intact!! I would recommend them to all.
