Working with Freedom Movers was, hands down, one of the best decisions I made in 2015. Ive written two reviews in my entire life, and Im thrilled to write my third one for Freedom Movers. I live in New York and needed to move all of my moms possessions from Summit County to Cape Cod within a month. Kyle and I had our first conversation on Wednesday, he visited the house to meet with my mom and scope the job on Monday, and he emailed me a detailed estimate on Tuesday. The move itself couldnt have gone any better. Aaron and Terrence (the movers) were outstanding: they boxed up 25 years worth of stuff in eight hours, meticulously packed all of my moms china, glassware, framed pictures, etc., and were incredibly friendly and professional. Kyle even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly, which it was. Aaron drove the shipment from Colorado to Massachusetts himself, and he called me to confirm once everything was safe and sound in the storage unit. To top it all off, Kyles estimate was $8.64 (yes, eight dollars and sixty-four cents) off of his estimate, which has to be some sort of record. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. It made a world of difference for my moms anxiety and my peace of mind. I am forever grateful to Freedom Movers, and I highly highly recommend them to anyone considering a local or long distance move.

Justin and his guys were amazing! They arrived promptly at 9am as discussed, they were professional and courteous, they took meticulous care of our furniture and furnishings, and made the entire experience very pleasant. Justin shows that he cares about your home and your belongings. They wrapped each piece in blankets and shrink-wrap to protect everything, they were very careful when moving the pieces not to bang into walls and doors, and at the new home they took great care to place each item right where we wanted it so we didnt have to move everything. We had requested bids from two other companies and both seemed very high. When I spoke with Justin, he made the effort to personally review the items we would be moving and give us a quote based specifically on those items. Not only was his bid significantly lower than the other two, he billed us only for the time that he and his guys took to actually move our furniture. As a real estate broker in Breckenridge, I work with many buyers and sellers every year and I will confidently refer Justin and Freedom Movers to all my clients. They do great work at a great price, something thats not easy to find in the mountains!

Freedom movers are TRUSTWORTHY and CARING. I highly recommend Freedom Movers. We had a huge move for Freedom Movers. They were able to finish the job in two days. At the end of the last day one final piece of precious furniture was accidentally scratched. It was my dresser that I got from my dad for my 21st birthday. Since my dad passed away just a short time ago, it was a very important piece to me. Freedom movers went WAAAY beyond the call of duty to make it right. They refinished the entire top of the dresser. They searched and searched to find the correct color to match my dresser. Who knew that it would be so very hard to find "rosewood" stain. They called to tell me they were going to bring it back, but a few minutes later they called back to say, no they were not brining it. They had taken the dresser out in to the daylight to load the dresser and they were not satisfied with how it looked. They took the dresser back into the shop and started all over again. They refinished the dresser a second time. This time it was perfect and beautiful. I am so grateful to have my dresser back from my dad in perfect condition. THANK YOU FREEDOM MOVERS!!!!

By being nice to the workers we paid the price. The workers packed the empty boxes well and loaded them on to the trucks in a timely fashion. However they were not very well organized and missed several items at the end and then had to load on top of the furniture because the truck was already full. Unfortunately they had to reach the destination at night and decided to unload anyway in the rain. To our dismay the boxes were put helter skelter in the garage without any organization and only marked on top. Some boxes were delivered in the house but not always to the right place. No furniture was set up and not always in the right room as they were told. I dont like to be negative to the boys but they were summer help. And to top it all the company sorely misjudged the price by several thousand dollars. A poorly executed move by the company and we have moved several times before without any problems.

These guys were great! I had initially set up moving with a company in Eagle County and ended up having my reservation canceled by the company here...which was a complete blessing because movers dont get better than this. Tiffani was such a great help in getting me all set up as they were fully booked by the time I called. So I already knew the movers would be good. But good is a complete understatement - they were so professional, thoughtful and hard working and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Always a yes maam attitude and so great!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! And an extra bonus - they are less expensive than anyone in Eagle County, even by the time they drive over the pass!! Ive moved several times over the last few years, and these guys are by far THE BEST!!

We needed help in unloading a 22 ft moving van we drove from Kansas to our new 2nd home in Breckenridge. Contacted Justin with Freedom Movers and he set up to have two employees at our Breckenridge house the day of our arrival to help us unload our truck (super reasonable rate as well). Super nice guy with fantastic customer service skills. The two guys showed up a few minutes early and help moved a few pieces of furniture out of the house and into the garage that the previous owners had left. They moved everything in perfectly and quickly. Complete professionals all the way! They also helped us in getting rid of some of the furniture we hauled out to the garage which was awesome! I highly recommend this company and the people that work for it! I would call them again in a heartbeat!

We searched the web and found Freedom Movers along with several others. We liked the site and the fact that Justin is former military. We secured three estimates and Justins was competitive and complete. He also brought much knowledge to guide us in the best way to get it done but save some costs. We had unusual scheduling requirements and Justin met those requirements easily, always on time and doing exactly what he said....and a little more. In our 60s having moved numerous times, we have had a broad spectrum of experiences with movers. Never have we had a more professional and pleasant experience with movers. I recommend Freedom without qualification. PS: We added some services as the move progressed and still did not exceed the original estimate.
