I don’t even know where to begin to describe the horrible experience we had with this company… We are still recovering from it and very much regret using them. What should have been a very easy and straightforward move, since we had very little furniture and almost all boxes were previously packed by us, turned out to be the most difficult, damage bearing, frustrating, unprofessional and emotionally disturbing move EVER! Movers were rude, insensitive to our needs and caused A LOT of damage both to our former home and to our items. After being presented with the damage to the walls, door frame, furniture and many other items, movers, without thinking twice, tried to claim that it wasn’t their fault indirectly saying that we are lying. When furniture arrived to our new home we noticed that the desk is chipped on one side and pointed that out right away. We got the same reply from the movers: “you have no proof of us being responsible”. They later added that “when moving furniture some damage is inevitable”. Right after they left we found the missing piece of wood on the floor and contacted their supervisor who refused to fix it. Some, but not all, of the damage caused to the walls and glass door frame was later fixed by the company but the rest was left to us to figure out. Their rate is also quite high for such an unprofessional and amateur service. Very little to no wrapping material provided, so be prepared to have your mattress, pillows and other bedding to be dragged on the floor and then on the ground as is and later thrown into a greasy truck. Luckily we did have a protector on our mattress but it took a while to get rid of all the stains, using professional cleaning services. Have you noticed that ALL Google reviews have 5 stars? Doesn’t it sound suspicious? Too late for us, we also fell into this “excellent reviews” trap… At first we thought that the rudeness and the unprofessionalism of their employees were a one off for their company, a hit or miss, so to speak, but did have a feeling that normally employees wouldn’t behave in such way unless permitted so by their supervisors and we were right. I would suggest to their CEO to add a small print to their ads and contracts: “Damage to property and/or items during move is likely to occur, for which the company will bear little to no responsibility. Rudeness and insensitivity to client`s needs are part of our service. Very little wrapping material will be provided therefore we strongly encourage our clients to prepare and wrap items themselves.” Bear in mind that they charge by hour so any extra time you spend on trying to document the damage or talking to their manager on the phone what can delay your arrival to the move destination will be charged as additional time. I now seriously think we would have been better off with just some guys off the street who want to make an extra buck. With so many options around I highly suggest to spend extra time to try and find a reliable moving service which you will not be going to pay a hefty price for and regret later.

Posted on Yelp Facebook also.....They helped my grandparents move one time and I was very impressed. I used them a few months later and it was not what I dreamt would happen. Now I am moving again this month and would not consider them. Heres why.... I seldom leave 1 star and truly I wish they had one that was less. I used them to move from one apartment building to another in the same complex. One of the guys broke an expensive marble table top. I understand that happens and told him not to worry because it can be fixed. Wrong. Maybe he knew something I did not, like its not going to get taken care of, because that is exactly what happened. They contracted the marble top (which was broken in half, and come to find you cant repair marble) so I was told to choose from granite. At the time I was very offended that they break a beautiful item and then offer a replacement with something different. I kept getting told "no" from the contracted company. I understand that they dont do that. When I contact two men and a truck? THEY HAVE DODGED ME FOR OVER A YEAR. Nobody returns your calls. When you call they say there was never any notes made of previous calls. If you care about your items and trust that things will work in the customers favor...... dont choose this company. BTW if you know anything about how to help me by reading this, please message me! Thanks for considering my review and I hope it helps you not choose them.

We had a short -notice move at work. I contacted Two Men and a Truck Friday morning to set up a move on Monday morning. They were easy to work with and quick to set up, with reasonable pricing. As is usual, once word came out that there was a moving truck coming, I was asked to add items to the order. This was accommodated without issue. When Monday came around, the movers arrived within their estimated time window and moved quite a bit of furniture in a reasonable amount of time, taking verbal direction on what went where, they were able to disperse the furniture correctly across 2 buildings and 5 different rooms. The movers were polite and helpful. I would definitely use again!

All went really well, from the arrangements made by the wonderful Jimmie to the end of my move-in. The guys (Ismael and Troy) showed up on time, reay to work and set about empty one 16 ft and one 7ft Pod. The only parking area for the Pods was some distance from my apt, but the guys cheerfully and carefully moved everything into place. I have a broken foot and Troy and Ismael went above and beyond. They set up both bed frames and even put the bed skirt and mattress covers on, set up my TV and were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Two Men and a Truck.

The best move I have ever had and that includes 3 International moves. Professional, courteous, diligent and most importantly paid attention to the clients needs. Made suggestions and proposed alternative ways to make the move both safely and efficiently. Respectful of the moving property and the home and neighbors and worked with other professionals who were installing new appliances at the same time. A great crew that speaks highly for your trading program and you selection process for employees. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for any future moving requirements.

Two Men and a Truck were the third moving company we have used in our last three moves. They were definitely the best of the three. The team of Connor and Caleb out of Tucson, AZ were absolutely super. They arrived on time, they worked quickly and carefully. They were polite and intelligent. Just a class act all around. Worth every penny. And the follow-up by the company was great too. We had some damage to the back of one file cabinet. The company went all out to make it right without any hassle on our part. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Jimmie was super-helpful in setting things up, and a very kind person. Moses and Jay were FANTASTIC dudes, patient, ridiculously helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was personable, professional and smooth as moving can be. The gents were competent and awesome (have I said that yet?) and Jimmie and Jennifer (I may have her name wrong, Im so sorry!) in the office helped ensure logistics were sorted through a handful of adjustments and noob questions. Yall rock! Thank you and may there be many cookies in your futures.
