I have used uhaul several times through out the past three years renting a truck to move to El Paso TX, Ive rented a truck to move to Washington State and from Washington State back to New Mexico and during this time I used a storage unit to store belongings all together for almost two years. I went to the store to get my belongings out only to find out Id have to pay for another full month I spoke to the new owner and I tried asking if they could charge me for a day even two days as I was going to get my things out and didnt need the unit for another whole month as my billing cycle just ended the previous day so he declined saying it was policy as a good customer of uhaul for the past three years I have given them plenty of my business and I think there policy and the way I was treated was really bad for business and I wont go back... When I left Washington State I could of went with budget they didnt have a set number of days you could have the truck but I liked uhaul I had used them so much in the past but I wont ever go back they will do you dirty!!!!!

I rented a pickup for a quick move of furniture. I reserved online, and was able to pick the truck up and drop if off very quickly. Easy to work with.
