Please read my review and save yourself the money. What many people have to say is true. They quote you one price and charge you another. My move started at a deposit of $129 plus $159 an hour with a two hour minimum. I didnt mind that, I really needed to move. I also didnt have a lot of stuff to move. They dont mention a 12% charge of the total, which goes towards gas. I ended paying over $1,000. I emailed the owner for my receipt and contract that I signed, which they said I would receive by email but never did. I have asked him twice for it and have asked him for a reimbursement of 2 hours. I had screen shots of all the photos of every mistake that was made. They damaged a huge mirror thats valued at $1,000. The movers denied it. So, I took pictures of the cement that had the mirrors paint and the damaged mirror. They lost a shelf to my sons small T.V stand. They also lost the pieces to assemble my sons playhouse, which is now sitting in pieces. One of the movers scratched the walls of my new apartment with one of my black chairs. Now there is a black mark on the wall. They took 4 and a half hours to do a move that only had a few big pieces of furniture. I left everything packed. It took them 15 minutes to move everything into the new apartment and 4 hours and 15 minutes to move out. I screen shot the time stamp of when they called leaving the old apartment and time stamp of when they called when they got to the new apartment. I sent it to the owner. The new apartment was only down the street. It took them half an hour. I sent a screen shot to the owner of how long it takes to get to my new apartment using google maps. The drive takes 5 minutes at the most. They lasted 50 minutes "trying" to take my bed apart. I went back into the room and told them to just leave it. I called a friend and it took him 5 minutes. I had been confused because I knew it didnt take that long. They were buying time. I had to leave to sign my new lease, get keys, and pay off my old leasing agent. During that time the men were alone. I dont know what they were doing.When I went back to my old apart afterwards I still had to move many things they did not. I did at least three trips by myself, as well as having someone help me move my bed. So how does it take three men 4 and a half hours to move already packaged items and take them 5 minutes away? The owner wont reimburse me. I sent him photos of everything to prove my case. I at least wanted two hours of my time back. It shouldnt have taken more than 2 and a half hours. They took advantage. The only thing the owner will do he said is send someone to paint my mirror. Does a move of a small apartment sound like a $1,000 move? Does it sound like three men should have taken 4 and a half hours? Go elsewhere. Listen to the reviews people have written.

I would have given them a better rating if I could even just get ahold of them the morning of, during, or after my move. They sent a team who couldnt get onto Ft Bliss because of some person legal issues or another. Their office phones werent working so rather than calling me from a cell phone....they just didnt show up for hours! When I finally heard from them all they said was that there was "traffic" at the gate. Not that they sent a whole separate crew and at my expense! I thought the work they did was good until I went to retrieve a few items from storage. The 45 minutes that they finished early were because the crew just tossed all of my stuff into the storage unit like a Tetris game had a bomb go off in the middle of it. Broken and damaged items everywhere. Not a single labeled box. Carpets not rolled up and wrapped but folded and shoved! Ive been trying to get ahold of them for a month just for my refund on the 45 minutes they finished early and I prepaid for...Now I have to continue to try for my damaged items!

Horrible from start to finish. I was gone on a military deployment, my wife tasked All My Sons to move our belongings. They were very disorganized while packing and just threw our belongings in boxes with no packing material. They took shortcuts and instead of disassembling items they put them on the truck. My wife was assured they could move my tablesaw, a large, heavy, and valuable item, without damaging it before the move. They broke my table saw extension board, ripped the screws out of the board by moving this piece whole. They refuse to cover the cost of replacement despite guaranteeing they could move it without damaging it. Now we must take them to court to get this issue resolved. If I could give this company negative stars I would. This is worst move I have ever experienced. This company is unethical and unprofessional. Beware.

This was the best service by far. The guys are very polite, respectful and beyond professional. They care for your things and go above the expectations of what is great customer service, they were not on time but early, it was awesome to see people really want to work and get the day started which made it better for us. 4 guys arrived here in Las Cruces on time and immediately went to work wrapping my furniture. I had a 3 bedroom home with 2 living rooms and they had my furniture on the truck in 2 hours. They followed me to my new home and moved my furniture quickly and without damage to any of it. I had to tell them to take a break as it was hot and they constantly moved. These guys and their company are amazing! My wife and I were in the process of buying a new house and surprising kids for Christmas, but the closing wasnt going as planned. All My Sons stuck it out with us and kept in touch constantly to see where we were at and to help us move everything Christmas Eve so we would be able to have a great Christmas in our new house for the kids. They are stand up guys. Highly recommend them! Thanks again guys, you did a great job and have amazing customer service. Truly are the best in the business.

I was truly impressed by the way the the owner or manager communicated. Not one bit aggressive very communicative, informative and easy going ... the company constantly called us on what was going on or if we had any questions as well as to let me know what was going to happen on our move,made us feel at ease. Overall a great experience thank you for helping us and make our move easier. Truly helped !!! I would recommend this company to friends and family along if I had to move again . Would 100 percent call them again .
