This company is horrible. John Partin was the estimator and grossly under estimated the weight. The move was more expensive as a result. My belongings had to be in storage for 3 months and boxes were crushed when they came out of storage. Even the driver remarked on the condition of my things. If John (notice he wrote the last review) tells you I am just one disgruntled customer, dont believe him. He was deceptive all the way along. National Van Lines isnt much better. The driver literally broke a leg off of a chair during unloading. Many of my things were broken and one table was not even off loaded. I have been trying to get the driver to ship it to me for 2 months. The insurance coverage is terrible and very small compensation for the damage that was done. I do have to say that National Van Lines did send a claim check promptly, but why wouldnt they - it was a paltry amount compared to the damage. Please get more than one estimate and if the estimated weight is vastly higher than what John tells you, go with the other company!

Moving during the summer is never fun and on top of it moving from Arizona in the middle of the summer across country to Florida is a bit of a challenge to say the least. I started looking and had a very informative conversation with Ben who gave me some ideas and inside information about what my options are and what should I look for when calling around. I was so pleasantly surprised by his honesty that I figured Im in good hands if I choose this company. So I did, they set up a moving date and I have to say now that Im in Florida this move couldnt have gone any better: they came just in time, wrapped and packed everything and delivered just in time, when I was ready to move into my new place. This moving company made all the difference and really took the stress away from moving and trying to take care of a million other things at the same time! True professionals and easy to work with crew members. I will highly recommend you guys to my colleagues.
