My roommate ETS out the of the Army on Friday 07/15/2016, the company came and packed up all of his belongs, but when it came to the garage he had everything in the center of the garage that he wanted to get packed up. I explained to the movers that everything in the middle was his and nothing along the wall was to be touched, they acknowledged and began to pack everything up, once they left and I went to sweep and organize my garage I found that my tool bag with my Dewalt impact driver, Dewalt drill, two batteries and some more miscellaneous tools were missing. Called the packer and he told me that they dont remember packing it, just got off the phone with the company itself and with a slight attitude I was told that there is nothing they could do about it if its not on the inventory, Im just out of luck or I could pay $90 an hour to have them open the create to look for it. Worst moving company Ive ever dealt with and I will be reporting them to Ft. Bliss transportation office so no one else has this same experience.

Anyone in El Paso, do not use Holiday Moving as your moving company. They picked up our stuff on July 8th and are supposed to be moving it 6 hours away. They gave us a "no later than" delivery date of July 19th. Here it is past that date and they scheduled to deliver on August 8th, 4 weeks and 3 days from our pick up date, 2 weeks and 6 days PAST the "no later than" date. Obviously being concerned about this, I Google their business and theyre essentially nonexistent on the Internet under Holiday Moving, apparently theyre otherwise known as Apple Moving. The few reviews I did find were extremely disheartening. This better just be a freak incident and take a turn for the better or Im gonna be raising hell.

THIEVES!!! The Packers STOLE my 12 yr old sons wallet! Police were called company was notified. The manager told us to take it up with the military because it wasnt their problem!! This is how Apple Moving treats their MILITARY!! They are trusted to help the men and women who serve, with what is a stressful thing to begin with, and they STEAL from them then take NO RESPONSIBILITY for their employees!! On top of this they packed our NEWBORNS toys/baby items and our KITCHEN utensils with the TOILET PLUNGER and TOILET BRUSH!!!! DO NOT let these people in your home our near your things!!! I hope their contract with the military is thrown out!! These people do NOT deserve to be in business!!!

Albert and Tony came to pack up our home for our familys overseas move. I couldnt have been more happier with their service! They were both courteous and efficient! They let us know exactly what they were doing and how they were packing our stuff. They made our move so much easier and took away a lot of stress. Very trustworthy gentlemen! The movers who packed our stuff in crates did a great job as well and worked very hard. Mr. Albert even stopped by that day as well to make sure the movers did a good job even though he was busy doing another move. Words cant express how grateful I am to Tony and especially Mr. Albert!! Thank you for all the hard work!!

This company was DoD contracted to move me for my PCS. All of my household goods were labeled on the inventory as some degree of damaged previously in an obvious attempt to dodge any and all handling responsibilities. I had a one year old dining set, which saw very minimal use due to field problems and deployment, and all four chairs were written up as "dented, scratched, damaged, worn, torn, faded, warped" and the table was coded as "scratched, dented, worn, cracked." This company engages in shady documenting practices and I will be putting in complaints to DTS to revoke the contract with this company.

What an amazing crew we had today!! Victor, Leo, and Leo Jr killed it today. We had 17 crates and additional pieces. Such a professional group of guys! I hope were able to work with them again in 10-12 months. Moving is such a stressful time for families. These guys did an amazing job and set a positive tone for our new found home. Absolutely horrible experience. I called twice to confirm a delivery that was scheduled between 1 and 5. I called again at 6:30PM and was told that my shipment was definitely still going to be delivered that day. I waited until 9PM and still no delivery. I never received a courtesy call to let me know that my scheduled delivery would never happen. This company is scum and should not be trusted.
