Let me start by saying that the actual two guys that came were great and did a great job. The reason for two stars is that a move that 6 months prior from a different company, that cost me $225 then, cost me $408 this time. The two men showed up at 10:20 and were done by 12:20, yet I got charged for a full third hour. Also the fuel charge was a whopping $68 to go 6.1 miles (explained by a gentleman on the phone as the total mileage charge and truck charge, yet I payed a separate $85 for the truck). In Tucson, premium gas is $2.78, so $68 worth of it is roughly 25 gallons, that is enough to make it to phoenix and back on any car!!! Overall I believe that their fees are questionable at best! I would not recommend them to anyone and still cannot understand how they are able to get away with charging me $408 when I went from the same address to the same address, with the same furniture 6 months ago for $225 with a different company (about the same quotes I got all around as well after calling about 6 different companies today to get quotes.) DO NOT USE THEM. Will be filing a complaint with BBB as well.

I phone-interviewed three movers for my moms move from a single-family house to a one-bedroom apartment. Though not very different in price, David @ MTM spent time with me on the phone to explain the process, answer all of my questions and reassure me that they would make the move painless. Whenever I phoned or emailed him with questions, he responded promptly and courteously. Paul and his team did a fabulous job. They arrived at the appointed time, packed my moms fragile things, took apart her bed, wrapped her furniture with great care and transported them to her apartment and set everything up. They even took some things out to curbside for rubbish collection. They were sensitive to the fact that this was a traumatic move for my mom who had lived in her house for 60+ years. Couldnt have been nicer! I will definitely be recommending My Tucson Movers to my friends!

This was the WORST experience ever! First of all the movers scratched and broke brand new furniture. They even admitted to how they did it and apologized. When I tired to speak to a manager in a reasonable manner about the process of filing complaints and how to work this out, I was screamed and yelled at by the OWNER of the company! Then, I was charged again around $330 and when I asked about that I received the same attitude and a denial that it had anything to do with them, even though I had proof and sent it via text. Not to mention it was taken out of the available balance of my cedit card. Beware!!

Needed to have a few things moved from Tucson to Washington. I called last minute to a few companies but the only one that gave me a fare price and and actually date for pick up and delivery was My Tucson Movers. They came wrapped everything and put a few items in boxes and hit the road right away. They delivered everything in 3 days and offloaded it all in my storage. I was really impressed by how quick the delivery was without all that common 7-10 business days nonsense I got from a few other companies in Tucson. Thank you for your quick service and professionalism!

Since Im located in a different state I wanted to make sure Im choosing someone reliable that will get the job done without me flying over there or managing everything with my busy work schedule. I was very pleased with the service and the guys did a great job and worked non stop and didnt leave until everything was in the right place.

I have to say that My Tucson Movers made a stressful time exceedingly easier. I just recently moved my house to a storage in town and i couldnt wait to get them back into my new place so all my arrangements were done last minute and it seems like it wasnt a problem at all for them unlike other places i called. also price was also very reasonable. This is a family owned and operated business which gives the whole experience more personal touch, thank you!

These guys are great, I was looking for a Tucson mover to move my daughters belongings to storage without me having to fly over to Tucson and handle it myself. Luckily I found My Tucson Movers to help me with that task. Short quick explanation over the phone, set a date and time and I was done. The two young men they sent to move me were very professional and extremely quick. They made sure everything was protected well and, although they were very fast they took care with my furniture. No marks or bumps on the walls or my stuff! I hope I dont have to move again anytime soon, but if I do Ill definitely call My Tucson Movers again and would highly recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great!! Fast, efficient, courteous, caring and very understanding of the customers misery of packing and moving. Weve moved several times before and for the FIRST time we can say that nothing was scratched, dented, damaged or missing. Not even a smudge on the walls, floors, stairs or doors!!!
