PLEASE READ!! Im rewriting my review of these guys and rating them as poor. Here are the reasons why.... Upon them leaving we found numerous issues with their service. Foremost was the fact that they just left everything strewn about my basement. There was nothing put where it should have been. I had to call a freind down to complete the job that I just paid these guys to do. Another 4 hours of my and a friends time to complete their job. While completing "their" job, I found the treadmill was broken, they didnt secure correctly and the control cable was pulled from its connections, requiring a service call. The latch on the washer was broken from mishandling, requiring a service call and more money. The freezer was gouged excessively and the wall in the staircase was damaged...to which the mover said "oh you can just pain over that". They are supposed to dismantle furniture, if required, and put it back together at your destination. All they did was dismantle. I now realize why these guys have such a high rating on google. They mentioned their google review dozens of times and how its important for them to have a high rating. Before they leave they require you to log on to your google account and write a review, insisting that it needs to be a positive review because they "are in competition with their coworkers". Basically they wont leave until you give them a positive review. If you dont have a google account they insist you use their company tablet to access google and write a review. On top of all they insist you take a "happy customer" photo...really?! Probably the most annoying part was their excessive request for tips. Im sorry but if you have to request a tip, you probably dont deserve it. Against my better judgement I did leave a tip, mainly just to get them to leave. They make you pay before they move stuff off the truck at your destination, which protects them but basically screws the customer out of a fully completed job. I understand most moving companies are sleazy, but I hope people realize why these guys have a high rating...its not because of their excellent product... Marco, Elijah, Alex and Jacob...nice guys but ultimately did a half assed job.

I went with the most from their high google rating. Setting up our move was great , they were very pleasant on the phone . I booked 2 monthes ahead so time and date were available, they said they would contact me a few days before the move to review everything. ( I actually had to contact them ) and when I did , I found out even though I had scheduled way in advance , my time slot had been moved from AM to PM because we were a larger move?? When were they planning on telling me ? Or where they just going to show up 5-7 hours late if I didnt call ?? This really delayed our schedule, and ultimately resulted in us not having enough time to move all the items. It also pushed back the cleaning and other things that needed to happen. Thomas and his crew were very pleasant , hard working , they did everything ask of them. I would have scored higher , but felt ground on about the survey , Facebook publication, rating. We had not even had a chance to post that we had closed on the house , and Thomas stood looking over my shoulder as I filled it out. I received multiple text messages and emails afterwards from the company also asking me to complete surveys on my experience. A couple items were damaged , it took longer then estimated and there for cost more , it also did not leave enough time for a second run to get the items that would not fit in the truck the first time or that were forgotten ( bed rails ) overall , the moving experience was what youd expect... average. I have no problem with people asking for a tip or explaining how much the rating means to them ... but this was full on pressure , and being put on the spot , and then I deleted my posted when he left , and to be contacted multiple times afterwards actually frustrating trying to get settled into a new home. So Im hoping that by completing this post , it will stop , since there are no opt out options ..

I had my move completed in two parts. First items packed and moved to my new house and two weeks later, my furniture moved from the garage into the house. First part- I had 5 guys. I believe it was Don that was leading the move. We had so much fun with these guys. Laughed and joked throughout the day. The second part was Thomas and Caleb who were very polite and very hard workers. They worked fast and hard to keep my price down. The bad part- the estimates were way off. This move cost way more than what was quoted by Robert. Maybe he didnt realize the amount or weight of stuff, but our quoted priced was significantly lower than my actual paid. Robert was polite and friendly but disappointed that his numbers were so far off. One mover said that the estimator will say what he caconvince you to buy into their service. It was way more difficult to schedule the second service compared to the first and waiting for call backs that did not happen was frustrating. Jacob seemed irritated as well. Strangely this was a very different attitude than when I dealt with them initially. It is the movers with this company that will encourage me to refer them to my friends and family. They worked hard working, were professional and treated me any my family with respect. Thank you guys for your hard work and professional attitudes!

Overall the move went smooth, but I cant give a high score because of a few things. I had three guys and 2 of them did absolutely fantastic. They worked hard, were pleasant to be around and very helpful. The 3rd guy complained the entire day about just about everything. I was also caught off guard about extra charges that were not explained properly. I got charged for travel time to and from their warehouse when I was specifically told that was not the case during the quote process (exact words used were time starts at arrival and ends at departure). I was not told about a 12% fuel charge at time of quote and got charged $128.00 for one mattress bag one TV box (I put it together) and shrink wrap to protect the furniture. I was unaware they were charging me for the shrink wrap to protect the furniture until I had to pay, I was expecting a $16.00 charge for the mattress bag and TV box but it was 128.00, terrible communication. I will say other then bad communication on the price and a guy that complained the entire day the move went very smooth, efficient and fast. Only a few things got broken and I hope they will take care of it like they said. I would use them again and recommend them with a warring about what I will call "hidden charges".

Thank you all my sons for coming to the rescue! We had a pre-arrange move set up with a competitor, millennial/reliable movers. (what we did not realize was that they are a broker, ) ** do not use a broker!** One of their affiliates Carlos called at 10 PM the night before to rearrange the move time to 7 AM the next day and then never showed up for the move! Last minute on a holiday weekend I called all my sons, and spoke with Adam --he quickly took care of us and connected us to the Bolder office with Ryan where they were able to fit us in to move the same day! Very impressed! The movers are background checked and full-time employees of the company. We were lucky to get blake and Cris they busted out our move in record time, were very friendly helpful and super careful! Thanks to all my sons and the incredible team they have ---our experience was above impressed! We canceled our move in June with the previous Mover and have now booked that with all my sons! We highly recommend their service!! Thank you to Ryan for checking on the move along the way to ensure our confidence! Remember to tip your movers! It is a hard job!
