I have an expensive Italian made dresser that the movers dragged across carpet & cracked the base leg. The finish on top & side of dresser scratched. The movers slid my heavy dresser across the bedroom carpeting breaking one of the two platform legs that go from the front of the dresser to the back. I asked why they did not lift the dresser knowing how expensive and heavy it is! They turned white trying to make up why they did this - and it was right in front of me. Pictures were taken at that time by both the movers and myself. I told them I want this fixed ASAP according to the Damage Report I signed which states "Two Men and a Truck will contact you within two business days to make arrangements to repair damages. Please provide us with a phone number to contact you between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm weekdays." My phone number was included on the form. They told me that someone would look at the dresser while it is in the storage unit and repair the damages. I never heard back from 2 men. I starting calling 2 men in March. Finally received an answer via email on April 21, 2015 from Erica stating she received the drivers pictures and wanted mine. I sent her pictures of the severed leg and also pictures of the damage done to the top and side of the dresser - which would need to be professionally done. On 5/12/2015 Erika emailed me saying she would get everything under review now. On 5/26/2015 I sent Erica 2 more emails asking what is going on with the dresser. No response. On 5/26/15 I sent an email to Two Men & a Truck Corporate who stated apologized for my situation and will their management team will contact you to determine the next steps. That never happened. On 5/27/15 Erica emailed me stating she has no new information. On 6/1 and 6/5/2015 I emailed Erica asking for an update. She wrote back and said "We are offering you $125 for the depreciated value of your dresser. Please just verify that youd like it sent to XXXXXXXXXXXXX and Ill be sure to have it out to you as soon as possible." On 6/5/2015 I emailed Erica back - with my frustrations but told her to send me the check. "I am very frustrated. You put me off for 2.5 months - then come up with $125 - that is not going to be enough to finish the top of the dresser. I emailed her back stating my frustrations: "Send me the check to the address you have on XXXXXXXXXXX - and know that I will never use your business again. I know I am one person and you really dont care - " On 7/1, 7/6, and 7/24/2015 I emailed Erica stating I did not receive the check. She did not respond to any of the email requests. On 9/25/15 I sent this email: "Erika - I have been asking since May 2015 for help on the damage done to my very expensive Italian made dresser. There have been several emails and pictures back and forth that I have saved where we have discussed repairing my dresser - The dresser is anchored up against my bedroom wall at this time due to the broken leg and the top, side and front of the dresser look like an old damaged dresser. On 7/24/15 I sent you an email stating Two Men & a Truck still have not compensated me or fixed my dresser - and therefore I would be taking this matter to the BBB. Still no response from your company. I am totally frustrated and going to blast all emails and my story on the BBB. The $125 is not an option anymore. You will not be able to remove the story until my dresser is made new again. Your corporate office has been notified." I notified the corporate office again and they could do nothing. I told them I would contact BBB as this is frustrating, unfair, they ruined my dresser and I dont have the money to fix it. If they cannot repair the dresser to bran new - I want them to replace the dresser. However, I dont know if they would be able to find another dresser like this one. The dresser never had a scratch on it and now it looks like a beat up dresser. . I paid in good faith $1,701.25 for that move. I will never use this company again - and will tell others - this is very unprofessional and unacceptable and should never be tolerated.

Ive used Two Men in a different state and they were wonderful. This location was AWFUL. Ive moved quite a few times and never had any damage. So much damaged furniture after this very short move (about 20 miles). I wasnt going to say anything about the minor damages to many pieces of furniture, but when I saw severe to our nice and expensive outdoor rocking chairs I called the company. We moved in winter and it had just snowed, so we didnt even see our outdoor furniture until two weeks after the move. This was after their 36 hour window to call and report damage and they didnt care at all. Also, one of our three movers was constantly on his phone. Every time he brought in a box, he would stop and be on his phone for five minutes. I didnt say anything because the other two guys were awesome and were working so hard; but I paid hourly for three movers....it should have just been two movers.... I should have said something, but I really didnt want to be "that person". Thats on me. Also, this guy that was always on his phone, tracked in mud through our entire house during his first trip through the house, so he spent the first hour of the move cleaning mud out of our carpet. So another hour only two guys were working. As I am paying to fix the furniture they messed up, I guess I can be left to wonder if the move could have been done in 7 hours instead of the 9 hours it took. We moved into a new build neighborhood so I have heard lots of moving stories, and we have heard from a few people they also had very bad experiences with this company. I have heard recommendation for Seven Sons Moving (I think is the name...?). Either way, do not move with this company.

Would not give this star but it makes you give it to write the review. Made the reservation for 8 didnt show till 9. When they finally got there they spent 15 minutes blowing up the bathroom., Then took there time getting started. They dropped boxes , was very ruff with stuff, they were taking there time with loading the truck., Only taking one thing out at a time with one hand free. Cracked my basement door. Had a very small one bedroom apartment with should only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to load everything packed and taken apart prior to them getting there . They took 3 hours !!!!!!! Then gave me a estimate after they were down and made me sign it or they were going to lock the truck at take it to there shop ! They were supposed to give me a estimate before hand not after !! Then the guy said the truck was full have picture to prove it was not !!! We leave and the guy driving would not go above 30 miles per hour !! Have 2 videos of that !! Then we get it unloaded took less then an hour !! Then they held stuff on the truck till I paid in full , which money wasnt a issue , customer service was horrible. I called to talk to a manager , which was very rude !! Then they gave me a number to there customer care guy , number was not good , called corporate and they said tgey would email tgey guy Im supposed to get ahold of still waiting !!!!! Would bit recommend!!! Horrible
