Awful experience!!!! What a nightmare my move has been! I did a long distance move with them from New Mexico to Michigan. To start they were doing our packing I was told the day before the packers would be there between 9-10 in the morning they didnt show up until noon! This two hour delay made my husband almost miss his flight. Then it was packed on one truck to go to their warehouse. We were under the assumption that our items would be put on one truck and stay on that one truck until it arrived at our new home! This is the way every moving company I have ever moved with did it, but apparently thats not the case here. They loaded it on one truck and then loaded it on another. Next part of this nightmare: on the last day in the delivery window I had not heard anything so I called Allied and the lady on the phone sad "uh oh" my stuff was still sitting in the warehouse in EL PASO when it was supposed to be at my house in Michigan that day! They then informed me my booking agent never let them know they packed my items and had them so in other words my stuff was just going to continue to sit there and be over looked! So they offered my $50 a day for every day it wasnt late and they would work on getting it to me. So now its been 10 days late and my items are finally coming tomorrow. My items have now been on 4 different trucks when it was only ever supposed to be put on 1!!!! I am worried things are lost or broke so I guess tomorrow will tell! Never use this company United is the way to go I wish I would have gone back to them and never tried Allied/Coleman!!!

A surveyor came to my house to see what it was that needed to be shipped. I asked about a pair of jet skis and he assured me that they would be shipped. The movers came and told me that the truck was already packed and that they are not going to take them. I called a gentleman that was in charge of the move and assured me that they were going to pick them up in an hour....It came and went. Day 2, my mother called me to help her with a family emergency, so I left. I again called the gentleman in charge of the move and he was told that they had came out to get them. I told him I was home all day yesterday and they were still in my drive way. I come home to find out that they are gone and I hadnt signed them out. They hired a towing company to come get them out of my yard without my permission. I went to the company to find my skis there and they are trying to take them off of the trailer and transport them on the floor. These things are made of fiberglass and will collapse them. 3 hours later Im told they cannot transport them. Filling an inconvenience complaint.

Same here! Im STILL waiting on my shipment, NM to TX. Moving Consultant was most helpful getting ready for move and movers were courteous once they showed up the second time. The first time they were sent in a truck too big to make it up our road. After we waited 4 hours for them to make a repair at a DOT inspection stop. My shipment was promised for a specific delivery time frame. Now, no one has called and nobody answers the phone in El Paso. My contact at El Paso is also " missing". Would also NOT recommend this company. I could kick myself for not noticing the low ratings for this location prior to our move!

Had a date scheduled to receive our home goods. The movers never called to confirm when they would be arriving, and when they did get there, they showed up to our house with empty shipment containers, and they have no idea where our home goods are. The people who came to my house called their GM, who basically said he didnt care and made the men go back and look for our stuff themselves We are going on day 3, and the only time I am updated, is when I call them myself. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of one of the reps who has been working with me. She is very nice, and I feel that she truly cares

We are a military family at Ft Bliss. So far we are not impressed. Yesterday they showed up at 12:30pm when we were told 8am. Today they have yet to show up. How about a courtesy call? We have enough to stress about. Customer service is obviously not a priority. There were only 2 people packing yesterday. We have a small house. They got 1/4 of the house packed up. Others in our neighborhood have had the same issues. Definitely going to speak to the military transportation department and rate on PCSgrades.

I had a portable DVD player and an HP Notepad disappear from one of my dressers in which they told me to pack goods.
