This business is being reported to the BBB for shady business practice. I scheduled a move September of 2015 from one building to another in my same complex (easy right)? Wrong, it took them way to long and cost me $470.00 which I paid and have the bank statement. I never complained that they could not get my expensive leather couch in my new unit (even though other movers got it in the original unit) and that was almost another 1k lost. The real issue came 10 days ago when I received a letter from a credit collector saying I never paid. Now, imagine my surprise that they never called, emailed, sent a letter, nothing to verify it, just stuck it on my credit report and sent it to collections. I called and they laughed and said "oh, well, looks like you might be right" - yepp, I am right - she says her boss noticed it was a clerical issue "sorry" - and someone would call me. Well some clown (they are all clowns so it is hard to distinguish) named Bob called and apologized, said it was his companies incompetence that caused it (agreed) and he would get it solved by Friday and let me know the result one way or the other... wrong again Bob. I was laughed it and lied to and even though they deny any wrongdoing it is up to me to now hire someone to solve this. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and taking it from there.... DO NOT go here unless you want them to screw up your credit through no fault of yours, but their complete and utter incompetence. This was a general all around horrible experience.

This was the second time that I used this company. The first time was excellent. Theyre a bit pricey, but you pay for what you get. The second time, the movers were great once again. However, my issue came with the billing department. On the day of the move I was successfully charged once on my credit card by the movers. The mover made a mistake and didnt note that he charged me on the receipt. A few days later the office staff tried to charge me a second time which was denied because they had already taken out the payment! I was sent an email about this from general manager James Hollier. I responded four times and explained the situation. He was so rude and never responded to my emails or called for more information. Instead, four days later, I see a hold on my daughters banking account. Without permission, they accessed my daughters banking account (which was used for the first move, but not authorized for the second move) and were trying to charge me again! I called billing and explained. The lady who helped me was very nice, and the situation was immediately resolved. If you use this organization, make sure the movers note that they successfully charged you on the receipt and paperwork thats turned in. Overall, the moving service is excellent, but they need to improve communication between the movers and office staff. The general manager James Hollier also needs a lesson in customer service.

I am super bummed to be giving Two Men such a poor rating however my latest experience has just ruined them for me. Long story short, my move didnt even start until 5pm, I paid for a three man crew to which one of the members decided not to participate, there was no sense of urgency with the other two men, I had damaged items, and what was supposed to be a quick move from a storage unit 10miles away from the house, required a manager to come out and another crew to come help finish the job at 10:30pm. I couldve handled all that, what has ruined it for me is their customer service. I discussed the situation with a manager next day, he promised he would talk to his boss and give me a call back-- at the very least with a damage report to fill out. I never received a call back. I called several times for several days after and never received a call back. One week later I received an email from someone I hadnt spoke to with nothing but a damage report attached. And funny thing is, I purchased the $80 of extra insurance. I would sadly not recommend this company.

Yes that is right but nobody stole my paychecks. After i couldnt afford my cellphone and I didnt had enough money to go out of centennial you stopped scheduling me. I told the office 3 times my direct deposit informations instead you still send me checks wich arrived days later and caused me late fees up to 145 dollars. I told julius that I am close to a eviction( i didnt get any money from the bank because no direct deposit )and he didnt even respond. You took out deductible out of my checks from trucks i didnt even drove. The reply card system is a totally rip off, people break stuff I didnt even carry and it affects my ratings and fell back to 1(5 dollars a hour, i think that is a pure rip off. yes i liked working for this company but u just made it as miserable like the other! taking me out of the schedule showed me you guys dont care . I didnt left on good terms u just put me off the jobs..............nothing weird about that!

I hired Two Men and a Truck for my sisters move. I live in Alberta. Planned to be there but I never made it. My husband broke his ribs and I had to stay here in Alberta to care for him. I was worried about the move as my sister is a senior and found the whole idea of moving stressful. She needed mostly the big things moved as her move was close by and she wants to move the small stuff at her leisure. Her friends helped her with her packing. They said your moving services were top notch. All my dealings on-line were clear, contract clear, fees clear, pre-move contact good, e-mails good, prompt, helpful. Hired you because my sister had heard of you. Would use your company again and would recommend you to others.

This was the first time I had ever used a moving service so I didnt know exactly what to expect. I was more than pleased. Both movers were extremely courteous, helpful and answered all of my questions. They worked hard and efficiently. They were patient when I wasnt sure where I wanted certain pieces of furniture. They even offered a couple of suggestions and I gladly accepted. Their suggestions were great! I would absolutely use Two Men and a Truck again. Can I request Justin and Raul again? :) I have already recommended Two Men and a Truck to friends, family, and co-workers. I could not have asked for more! Thank you!!

Adam Sanchez and Andrew Paz were amazing. They were engaging and pleasant. Very professional and polite. They got right to work and were done in less time than they quoted. I am very pleased with this team and if I could request them again the next time I move, I would certainly do so. You are very lucky to have these to young men working for you. Treat them well! I have recommended your company to several people who have used your services and have been just as satisfied as I have been.
