1.0 star rating 6/16/2017 I was NOT happy with this company!! I had my move scheduled about a week in advance and was under the impression that everything was set for my 4:00 move yesterday since I was not told otherwise. At around 4:15 i called the office and was told that they were only running one truck and that my move had been pushed back to between 5 and 5:30. Nichole told me that she was glad that I called, I was upset that she had not called me! 5:30 rolled around and there were still no movers. I tried calling the office several times with no answer. At this point I began to panic, and considered calling another company to see if they could fit me in last minute. I finally got a hold of Wade and he assured me that the movers were on there way in 5-10 minutes amidst a lot of excuses as to whey they were so late.I tried to call Wade several more times and after no answer I ended up calling another moving company (College Hunks Hauling Junk) who said they would be able to fit me in. I literally was about to confirm when Dunn Rite FINALLY showed up at 8!!! Here I am, 7 months pregnant with my movers 4 hours late!!!!!! I was sent 3 movers instead of my requested 2 and they all ended up being great, and Im very appreciative of their service. Its the management that I am NOT happy with!! I got no warning of the time change and was given the run around on the phone when they finally decided to answer my calls. I feel they were very unprofessional and had HORRIBLE customer service, I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!! In the end, I got the job done but the stress and frustration leading up to it totally could have been avoided!

I didnt have a personal experience with this company but a tenant and friend of mine did. She used this company to move her entire apartment and not only were the movers rude but they damaged a lot of her nice expensive furniture. The customer service they provided her was non existent and unprofessional. No one ever returned her numerous phone calls or emails and when she did get Wade the manager on the phone he would tell her hed call her back and never would. My friend would have to call him back and either wouldnt get an answer or Wade would give her the run around. He also told her several lies and there was always an excuse. Cindy the owner finally returned her emails and told my friend that they cant get an insurance company out to look at her furniture for another week and that they have 120 days to deal with things like this. Why on earth would they tell customers theyre pretty much going to take their time helping them resolve their issues when it was their fault in the first place! Furniture was destroyed, one of their customers is extremely upset and Dunn Rite could care less. Do not use this company for your moving needs as its a rip off and the customer service is terrible!!

This company is beyond unprofessional. 2 weeks ago I hired the movers to move me 32 min away. They took an hour and a half to get 30 min away. Broke my bed, scratched up all the walls in my new house, And took my money. Ive called then every day for the past 2 weeks and every day say "we will call you tomorrow" with no call back tomorrow. I finally got a hold of someone (wade) today and they offered to give me $40 back off of the $300 I had given them. I tried to dispute this and was hung up on. Do not use this moving company, they are very unprofessional and their customer service is absolute trash. Im currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau. And still have yet to hear anything back from these hillbillies.

Worst experience I have EVER had. They were several hours late very broke SEVERAL items or all sizes, they demanded a wedding dress by using the bag as a trash bag and ran it over with the dolly. We unloaded our stuff off of our truck ourselves while they watched: WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

These guys are amazing! They took care of my last minute need, on a holiday weekend no less, all the while having a great attitude. These guys took on a huge order for me same day and were quick, friendly and efficient. Five stars!
