Id never hired out a moving company before. A recently finished graduate student, I grossly underestimated the amount of time it would take for me, even along with the help of my neighbor & a friends truck, to finish this particular move. It was the biggest Id ever made in terms of both quantity & the organization required. I called ABMC with three days to go & they were there the next, & had what I needed in my new Colorado location packed up within a day then returned to pack up the rest & place it in storage. Having never hired a moving company, two things stood out: first was general employee satisfaction which I always look for, second was courtesy & to actually add a third, sheer efficiency. I thought I was a skilled packer myself, but my time was tripled & goods packed with a knack for spatial economy I didnt know existed. All arrived in one piece to boot. I cant speak for other Boulder moving companies & wish them the best, but should I ever need moving help in the Boulder area again, Id go with what I know on this one as Ive no reason not to, & it was a job well done as much as appreciated during an exciting but stressful time (as much as left to the last minute with regards to the move on my part). So thanks for that much. It was well worth the review & hire.

As with a lot of people here in Boulder, I recently found myself having to vacate my residence quickly due to the flooding so restoration could begin. Most of the moving I did on my own. But I found myself this past Saturday with all my volunteer assistance unavailable and approximately ten, 2-person "heavy lifting" items which still needed to be hauled out of the basement. I called last minute and Astral got back to me within an hour and was able to stop by with one of his employees and move the items quickly. Compared to the other (desperate) phone calls I was making his rates were very reasonable and he was very compassionate about my situation. If my finances allow, I will definitely be calling them when my place is ready to move everything back in. They were friendly, FAST and professional while still being human and personable.

Here is something fresh to review... They showed up on time, and did a fairly ok job. One gentleman seemed to lolly-gag while the other was quite interested in checking his smart phone constantly. For $90 an hour, I expect you to work your butt off! They also charged me for an hour of "their" transportation time ($90). Clearly, it only took them 40 minutes, so I asked for a refund. The head man agreed, but still cashed my check. I asked for a refund, and was told 3 months ago Id see a check in the mail (never happened). I would take a GOOD look at other companies in the area before you book here!!!!

We needed to have our daughters belongings moved from her dorm room at CU into storage for the summer. We phoned A Bolder Moving Company 2 days before her exams and they had her all packed up and her things securely stored for the summer in their warehouse. When she was ready to move into a house off campus, all of her goods were delivered safely and in good condition. We were so pleased with this company that we had them move our business office into a larger workspace. This team is very dependable, respectful and professional. Perfect for student, homeowner or office moves AND storage!

I hired A Bolder Moving Company for a move from Boulder to Louisville and could not have been happier with the job they did. They were very reasonably priced and worked at a flat hourly rate, which was different from a lot of other moving companies that have gas fees/ insurance fees/ mandatory minimum times/ etc. The two men that came out to move my house were very professional, friendly, and FAST! They had the job complete in less than 4 hours. I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional job done at a reasonable price.

We could not have had a better experience with ABMC. The crew of 4 that showed up was on time and eager to get going. They worked quickly, were careful with all of our belongings, and did not hesitate to ask questions or offer suggestions. The costs were very reasonable and exactly as expected due to the excellent communication prior to moving day. Thanks for making an otherwise stressful day a little less so.

This company failed horribly to provided the service that we agreed on. On moving day they told us they would not store the contents of our house as we had agreed and forced us to find our own storage facility at the last minute. Do not use this company if you have even a small house and need storage. They totally hosed us!

Moved my washer/dryer quickly and efficiently. I called last minute to get it moved and they came over to pick-up in a matter of hours! Great pricing! Great service! Good job boys!
