Moving from DEN to PHX for school. Was told repeatedly by U-Pack Moving and everyone at ABF that if my trailer was picked up on Tuesday it would be shipped out on Wednesday for two day transit and would arrive on Friday. It did not go out until Thursday it arrived on Monday and NO ONE GAVE A S*** ABOUT HELPING ME OUT!!!! I was passed between the Denver and Phoenix ABF offices and back and forth between ABF and U-Pack Moving. I also found out from the driver that the hold up with my trailer was extra freight that they pack in to the extra space I did not take up in my trailer. So there were several people in and out of my trailer holding all my possessions without my knowledge. I had to extend my stay in a hotel pay movers to change dates and change plane tickets for my parents to go home later than expected. When I asked them for help compensating for my losses (which I already could not afford) they offered my a measly $50 off then took it back when they realized they had already given me $50 off as a student discount. I ended up spend as much as if I would have hired a moving company to handle everything from start to finish! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND JUST HIRE A REAL MOVING COMPANY!

We used UPACK to move cross-country from Colorado to New Jersey, and couldnt be happier with this service! We chose to use one of their Relocubes, as we were not excited about the idea of having to drive a UHaul across the country. Our move ended up being even cheaper than renting a UHaul, without the added stress of having to maneuver a large moving truck 1800 miles! I was a little worried about our items breaking on the journey, but everything arrived exactly as we had packed it. Granted, we took a lot of time to pack things in carefully and used lots of bubble wrap and protective foam. Our items were delivered right on time and drop off and pick-up of the Relocube was incredibly easy! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to move a long distance. Just make sure that if you arent packing the cube yourself that you have movers you can trust to pack your items securely. It will make all the difference in determining whether your goods make it to your destination in good shape.

We were told one of 3 shipments would be delivered on 10/15 between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and would be notified an hour or two prior of the delivery. I rearranging my entire schedule to receive the shipment but ABF truck never made the delivery. We did not get a call or email regarding the cancellation of the delivery. 3 days later, a lady called from ABF and TOLD us to expect the delivery the next day between 9am to 1pm. She neither apologized nor explained about not delivering the shipment as it was no big deal. When the shipment didnt arrive the second time, I made a few calls to the company and they basically told me to just wait. I changed my appointments twice for this delivery and ABF couldnt care less. The branch manager was not helpful at all! I WILL not use ABF and discourage our friends and business partner to do the same.

U-Pack made my familys move from Northern CA to the Denver area of CO so easy and stress free. We had initially planned to rent a truck and drive everything ourselves, but bad weather and news articles about moving truck theft had us second-guessing our ability to get everyone and everything to our destination safely. U-Pack was able to accommodate us with very short notice (2 days) and got our two ReloCubes moved surprisingly fast. Our items arrived at our new home ahead of schedule, and not a single thing was damaged. We followed the advice of the nice guy who dropped off the containers - to pack high and tight. Being able to track our shipment provided peace of mind, and everyone we spoke to while arranging the drop offs and pickups was helpful, flexible and friendly. Ill never do a long distance move any other way.

UPack was so straightforward and easy. They were very clear about pricing and I loved the flexibility in that they gave me an initial estimate, and said if I used less space in the trailer, they would charge less and if I used more space in the trailer, they would charge more. So much better than what a traditional moving company does. This was the first time Id moved without a traditional moving company and when I booked the move, the woman on the other end was very helpful with her recommendations on what packing supplies I needed. The trailer was there when I requested, and was delivered very quickly, and when I was ready for them to pick up the trailer, they came and picked it up. Absolutely no hassle. If I have to move again, I will definitely use UPack.

Relocated from D.C. to Denver and had an all around smooth moving experience with U-Pack. It was always easy to reach a representative and receive quick and quality service. U-Pack was cheaper, had better customer service, and was easier to schedule then their competitor, PODS. If you have the space to park their trailer you dont have to worry about fitting all your stuff into a certain amount of cubes; we had to downsize a bit to fit into 2 Relocubes for our 2 bedroom apartment. Note that you can pick out a delivery window with U-Pack when you book, verses having to call PODS the day before to see when they can fit you in! Give yourself a break and lower your stress by booking with U-Pack.

Not scam but pretty close to it. Extremely late dropping off my cube and delivered the wrong one on the first try. Requested a morning drop off that they promised but did not deliver until almost 7pm. Second time they said I would be the first stop and that was a lie did not get it until later in the afternoon. Took the day off of work to unload but with it not being my stuff and showing so late I wasted a whole day of work waiting for the wrong stuff. They were very quick to pick up the empty cube naturally. Moving is a pain but go with a more expensive option, the price was too goo to be true. Wont be moving with them again.

I called around and got price quotes, pick up scheduling and delivery windows. U-Pack was the best all around and their service did not disappoint. They were wonderful to work with, always courteous and prompt. Their cubes looked small when arrived but I was blown away at how much we were able to ship (with room to spare). I was sending household furniture to my son from Denver to Poughkeepsie and the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this company, as they are so much better all around than their better known competition. Thank you U-Pack, you are a fantastic business model!

Would highly recommend U-Pack/ABF! Smooth move from Denver to Phoenix. We were going to drive a U-haul ourselves and then saw an ABF truck at my neighbors - she had used them numerous times from Phoenix to Denver and loved them. Great communications and customer service. The drivers were super nice and great at putting the trailer right where we needed it. Great price -only paid for what we used - we estimated 20 and only used 14. They dropped off the trailer, we had movers load it the next day, then met it on the other end. Would definitely use them again! Thank you!
