Summary of Review: Do not use this moving company If you do chose to go with them, get confirmation in writing Leon is completely unprofessional, rude, and simply not truthful Moving is a very stressful time and pre-planning is critical. If you want to ensure that you do not increase your stress load during a move, do NOT use this moving company. I would absolutely not recommend them If I could have rated them zero stars, I would have. We had Worldwide movers come out and provide us with a bid to move us. Leon the sales rep came out and provided us with a bid and told us at that time that he could not schedule us on the 10th as we had originally requested, but that he could get us in on the 9th if we let him know right away. We discussed it and called him back within 10 minutes to tell him that we would like to schedule for the 9th. He confirmed. At that time, Leon also told us that we could go by their offices and pick up some wardrobe boxes. We called on July 3rd to get the boxes, however, they were closed for the 4th of July holiday. We phoned Leon and he indicated that someone would be in the office on Saturday and to call then. We phoned at the time he indicated and no one answered the phone. So we called Leon directly again. He informed us at that time that we could either pick the boxes up on Monday, or they will just bring them with them on the day of the move and we could pack them as they move stuff out. So that was two conversations we had with Leon after confirmation of our move on the 9th. Monday morning of the 6th rolled around and we received a call from Leon telling us that when he went to put us in the system it was booked and he was unable to get us in. He also indicated at that time that he phoned us last week to tell us (he claimed he left a message). My fiancé and I both checked our phones and we had no missed calls from him, nor a message. In addition to that, we had 2 other conversations with him. Leon informed us that they could squeeze us in on the 11th, which is on a weekend and would cost us $10.00 more per hour, per laborer. Of course I requested that they charge us the same rate they would have charged us when we were originally scheduled and he indicated that he could not do that. He began yelling at me on the phone and told me there was nothing he could do. Never once did he accept responsibility for not putting us on the schedule when he told us he did, and never once did he apologize. I then asked to speak with his manager (Scott). Scott spoke with me on the phone and was much more professional. He indicated that he would see what they could do to accommodate me and he would call me back right away. 6 hours later I received and phone call from him. At that point, I was fortunate enough to have found another moving company that could squeeze us in at such short notice. The bottom line is that Leon is a representative for their company and he represented them extremely poorly. Moving is a very stressful time and work schedules have to be moved around, etc. etc. Having movers that are going to be honest, timely and reputable is absolutely key. If you want to ensure that you do not increase your stress load during your move, do NOT use this company.

Used these guys for a move from CO to FL. I got several quotes from people and they seemed pretty comparable. I went with them because my meeting with Tim seemed to go well and he seemed very helpful. That was true at first then I couldnt get the guy to return emails when I had issues. Darlene in the office is VERY RUDE and pushy, one of the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with. I did my own packing aside from large items which the movers packed when they got there. The movers themselves were ok and got things done. I will say they are just hired out, not employees of World wide. My driver was a man they call "Bear". LAZY! Inconsiderate! And did not follow protocol when my shipment was dropped off. I handled the pickup portion in CO and my husband handled the drop off in FL at our storage unit. Our shipment was late and BEAR had a ton of excuses. Bear did NOT check off or allow my husband to check off inventory. Basically told my husband he was in the way and lied and said he was checking off inventory when he was not. He was in a hurry to get our stuff out of there and be on his way. I reported the issue to the company and they did nothing. Since we were not allowed to check our inventory and it went straight into storage for the next 9 months we did not know that we had missing boxes and damaged furniture until months later when we moved into our home. I shoukd mention the items thst were damaged were large items that tge movers packed. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Dishonest, rude and unprofessional.

Worldwide Moving Systems LLC was the prime contractor for the move for our neighbors on May 18, 2017. Either one their drivers or one of their subcontractor drivers impacted and broke a retaining wall on my property during this move. When I came home around 4pm that day, I saw one of their trucks having a difficult time turning around in my driveway and then immediately saw the damage to the wall. I approached the driver he said he saw the other driver hit the wall. Both my neighbor and I called and emailed World Wide Moving Systems and they said another driver at their subcontractors, Dunmar Local Dispatch, and Agent for Allied Van Lines, did the damage. When I spoke with Dunmar Local Dispatch they said they saw the other driver do the damage. I would expect the prime contractor, Worldwide Moving Systems LLC, to take responsibility, but they are not. I requested that a response on how Worldwide Moving Systems planned to remedy this incident, however all I have received is a “I did not get your email” and here is the number to call for the other driver. Both drivers and companies are denying responsibility, so now we need file a criminal complaint to the Boulder police department for a hit and run involving property damage, which is a class 2 misdemeanor with a sentence of a minimum of a year in prison and a $1000 fine. Do not use Worldwide Moving Systems, and if you neighbors are moving, don’t let them move with them either!

Worldwide Moving Systems was extremely helpful and professional with every part of our move. Although, we were not moving far it was still an extremely stressful time for us. My husband and I had been in our home for 17 years and had accumulated much more items then we thought. Unsure what to expect I had a few people give us estimates. The sales rep from Worldwide was very informative. I felt he was the most thorough. He walked through our home with us and went over what we would be moving. He explained what to expect with every step of the move. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. Our pricing and options were very clear and we received a detailed quote the same afternoon. The sales rep went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of through the whole process of moving with Worldwide. The day of the move the truck was right on time and all the movers were very professional. They took extra steps to protect our items and homes. Everything that they moved was packed well and all furniture was protected to insure no damage. I was extremely impressed to see how fast and efficient the move went. Throughout the entire move our concerns were put to ease by everyone that worked with us at Worldwide. I only have positive things to say and would defiantly recommend them.
