We called Monster movers in Littleton for a last minute move - I called at 4:30pm for a move the following day. I was happy & suprised that they were available (the folks who did my last move werent available until day 2). + They didnt lose or break anything, were very polite while working. + Were good with requests for special attention and personable. + They did provide a 10% discount to offset late arrival issues - The drivers were over 90 minutes late in arriving - They did not call to provide a heads-up to being late - after 3 phone calls the driver & the office tried to blame the failure on the rush hour traffic + snow, until I was able to establish that they didnt start their trip until my 3rd phone call. - Numerous times their lack of team coordination left our belongings riding up & down the elevator on their own. Twice I came back from errands and got on the elevator to find it packed with our stuff...alone. My main reason for the low rating is the horrible customer service. Anyone who has driven to work for one winter in Denver knows that snow will impact traffic and you need to leave early to arrive on time. Then being lied to multiple times regarding when they would arrive and what the cause was is a deal breaker for me. I would use these folks if you are flexible on start time and available to supervise your belongings end to end. A timely up front phone call to indicate they were missing a driver and were working on it, along with supervision so they knew when they actually started, would have left a completely different impression.

They showed up late and said it was because they couldnt get the larger truck that we had requested for the move and came with a smaller one so it took two trips instead of one. We watched them drop things right in front of us without as much as a sorry. They left things stacked in poor order for experienced movers. (Heavier items on top so it may topple over if not rearranged quickly) We have been finding new scratches and damage ever since the move. They damaged some big ticket items that we noticed during the move and said their insurance deductible was too high to cover it so they would fix it themselves. So what is the point of insurance if you cant use it and are they really insured? We are still waiting on a fix 9 months later. They wont return numerous phone calls or emails.

Monster Movers provided us with a courteous and professional moving job. We had them come to move an elderly friend, who had a LOT of stuff. Jason and Alex made the process go very smoothly. Everyone knows that moving is a stressful time, but these guys kept the mood light which helped keep my friend calm. I was happy with the price and impressed with the care they took with her things. They wrapped anything that might possibly scratch and handled everything carefully. I was amazed that they could pack all of that stuff in one truck! Everything was in great condition when it arrived at her new location. Good job guys! I have recommended them to several of my friends and clients and will continue to do so.

I had low expectations for local moving companies after calling several companies for quotes. A lot of hard selling, undercutting, and back stabbing from most of the companies I called. Monster was recommended by a friend so we went with them. I was completely blown away with the service. The two movers called on their way, called to let me know they hit traffic, and showed up when promised. Both were very courteous. They were able to finish the move within the time estimated. With all the shady companies out there, this is not one of them. Good team at Monster

I called to have a heavy item moved to our basement. They were nice enough at the beginning - gave a competitive quote and were curteous. When I called to actually schedule the date for the move a few weeks later I was directed to voicemail and left a message. No one called back. Called again a week later and reached someone who said they were currently busy but would call me back in 30 minutes. I never got the call back so I ended up starting over and found a different company to do the job.

Jason and Jeremiah were friendly, honest, courteous and professional. They did whatever it took to be thorough and to completely satisfy us. That included removing and replacing doors when it was necessary, moving boxes more than once when we changed our minds, and asking us if they could do anything more for us at the end. We used them twice, and Ill use them again if I ever need to. Rob S.

My husband and I have used Monster Movers twice this year. They are highly responsible, flexible and respectful. Jeremiah and Cody were our team and I couldnt have asked for better movers. Best you can get! I moved a house full of delicate art and collectibles and Monster movers packed and handle our precious items with kid gloves. Jeremy, Ruben and Lamont were friendly, courteous and attentive. dont take a chance elsewhere hire monster movers. rates are reasonable and movers worked fast.
