This is now the second time I have used College Hunks Hauling Junk since January 2012. I continue to be impressed with the professionalism of your staff. Trey and Weston were friendly and polite. They kept in touch with me the day before the move confirming the day and time. The day of the move they called to say they were running ahead of schedule, and I was glad to meet them before the 12pm -2pm window. Trey and Weston diligently moved furniture and household items from my storage unit to be taken to Goodwill. Although the items were in not in the best of condition and some pretty grimy, they were enthusiastic, diligent and polite. I was very impressed with their customer service. I wish I could have given them a tip more commensurate with their service. They were kind and understanding about it. I certainly appreciated their hard work! It was such a relief to have these household goods from another life out of my storage unit and on to their next life.

Hakim and Juan were absolutely the best! They called to say they had been over-booked, but would be there within 30 minutes and they showed up in 10! They cleared all of my outside debris, hauled away an old, working TV, and even volunteered to move a wine rack for me that was too heavy for me to lift, and moved a fax/scanner/copier and table to my neighbors house! They were very professional, considerate, and gentle with my belongings. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help in moving debris, possessions, electronics disposal and furniture removal. Ill be using College Hunks a lot in the future, and I hope to have Hakim and Juan do the work!

I am sorry I didnt think of using college hunks sooner. Hakim, Connor and Chris showed up and reviewed the items we wanted to discard and the couches we needed moved. They gave us a price and immediately set to work. They worked quickly and were very careful moving the items which were in a third floor loft out through one of our guest rooms without us having to move any furniture items and without any damage to walls. They were very efficient and pleasant to work with. Spoke to a Rep here in Denver metro area and verified the info and estimate online. This is nothing more than a bait & switch". I had given them exact info on what we needed taken away and approximate size and weight. I was told $114 to $128. So when they arrive and see THE EXACT SAME ITEMS LISTED ON MY ESTIMATE, somehow the estimate jumped up to nearly $400! This is an awful way to do business. I am SO SORRY I didnt use one of the HONEST guys I had gotten estimates from. Shame on you for screwing over an 86 yr old Vet (my Father). You got $300 and we still half the stuff we needed hauled away.

When my Mother passed away I was tasked with removing her belongings from 78 years of her life. I flew into Denver and arranged College Hunks online the day before. Their truck and two college hunks showed up on time, reviewed the cost, then they were non-stop loading everything they could fit into their truck for 2 hours. The load was lifted off my shoulders immediately as I watched them work. When you are overcome with grief and have vehicles & household furniture and belongs to donate and dispose of its fantastic to know there are angels at College Hunks to make it go away. Thank you.

I scheduled junk removal service for an office cleanup w/ College Hunks out of the Rockville, MD location. The gentlemen arrived on time, were attentive, polite, and were cognizant of the fragility of certain items as well as the office surroundings. When it was evident that we needed an additional truck, they called dispatch on their own and another truck with 2 additional guys showed up within 20 minutes. Everything was removed promptly (1-1/2 trucks), within an hour. Fast, efficient, and quality service. My thanks to Shane, Dan, Ty & Adrian for a job well done.

My experience was wonderful and stress-free from start to finish. I needed to schedule a donation removal last minute and they were able to accommodate my needs. I called to schedule the pick-up on Thursday evening and they arrived Friday morning! Two friendly and professional college students came to remove some donation items from my apartment. They were even able to negotiate a better price than originally quoted with an extra $20.00 discount. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. They are great for donations, junk removal and moving!

The entire process from scheduling to pick-up was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication at every stage of the process was excellent. They contacted me by phone and text to confirm my pick-up appointment window. I got a text the morning of the pick up and they called 30 minutes before arrival. The 2 gentlemen who arrived were cordial and professional. They were respectful of me and my home. It took them less than 30 minutes to load the truck. the fee was very fair. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

I have used College Hunks twice now and have been completely pleased both time. Billy and Matt came out on June 21st and helped clear out a huge mess of glass and trash left from a hailstorm in our area. They did it very quickly and thoroughly and left the place looking great. This weekend Brad and Tre were out to help haul away some trash left from a recent remodel. They were both extremely friendly and once again did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I couldnt be more pleased and thankful.

When CHHJ wished me a “stress-free day” they made sure that happened. The two young men, Brad and Austin, who removed a large desk from a cramped small office, were fabulous. Not only were they knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, they were also friendly and went out of their way to make the move a fun experience, i.e., a lot of laughter. I plan to use CHHJ in the near future and hope Brad and Austin are available. However, I have every confidence that any of the “hunks” would do a superb job!

I was very impressed with the ease and quality of College Hunks. We called a DAY BEFORE we needed the movers and they were able to make it happen. They also put up with us changing out times. Chris R. and Chris P. were both professional and kind. They hustled and worked really hard. Took great care of everything and made sure to check in with my if they werent sure about anything. I would use them again no hesitation!

Like others who reviewed them, they were a no-show with the job I scheduled with them. They didnt call the morning of the job, so I called the main customer service line out-of-state. They said they would get them on the phone to contact me. That didnt happen and the window was well passed that they gave me, so I called the main line again and canceled. Advice: Call Junkman. Their rates are lower anyway.

My experience with College Hunks has been outstanding. The price was right, the reservation was easy to make, the response and service was fast. But best of all were the two fellows who came to do work for me. Both Josh and Kyle were very courteous, careful with moving items, and were remarkable strong in moving some bulky heavy items.
