I purchased a Living Social deal good for 2 hours of moving service. I called to make the reservation with Stallion and they said that they did not have just two movers and I would need to rent a truck from them to get the crew. I was fine with that and made the reservation 2-3 weeks ahead of the date. Moving day has arrived and I am waiting for a call between 830-10am to say the movers have left and they have started charging time. I get a call at 920am and the guy says "One of the movers is running late, they will call you soon when they leave". I wait 20 minutes and call the guy back and I get the same excuse. I wait another 20 minutes and call and he says he will call the shop to figure out and I should hear something soon. I wait another 20 minutes and then call the shop. They give me the same excuse and say they dont know what to do because the guy hasnt shown up and they are short staffed. I say I want the clock to start when the movers get to my house and to please call me back when they are able to tell me when someone will be there. I then wait an hour before calling again and they ask me if they can reschedule for a different day. I was furious at this point and after having planned on this moving date for 2-3 weeks I could not move things around to accommodate them messing up. I then called Living Social to just get a refund and they call Stallion to check my story and see that they were cancelling on me. Stallion tells Living Social that one of their dispatchers was in a car wreck but they would be able to move me later in the day. I explain to Living Social the madness I have gone through and the multiple excuses I have received and am able to get my money back. I would never recommend Stallion Moving Services and it is obvious that they do not know how to treat their customers. They are completely unreliable and will give you excuse after excuse. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THEM!

I used a living social deal for this company and scheduled to over the 28th of june over a month in advance. They sent me contract via email with the time and date posted. I called the 27th of June just to make sure we are all in accordance with eachother. All was good! On the 28th I am still packing what was left, just the essentials and food. No one showed up at 9, 10, or 11 am. I started calling, no answers. My father called no answers. My uncle called no answers. We all left voicemails wondering when the movers will be here as I have paid a portion of this 500 moving bill. My father called again at 1 pm and someone answered but she said since its the weekend they dont have anyone working the front desk. She then proceeded to say the movers were scheduled from 2-5 pm. We were thrilled as it was what I depended on, I needed to move that day and since it was scheduled over a month in advance I had no other choice. No one came at 2, 3, 4, or 5 pm. We all called over 40 times on our phones. And they just ignored us. I never received a call back from this company about why they didnt show up or even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they just cant make it. My family and I stood around all day waiting for them to show. This is absolutely the worst moving company one could chose! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. I still havent received an apology or any kind of discount for all the trouble they put me and my family through.

The absolute worst. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER STALLION. This is my first ever review. The service was so unbelievably poor, my fiancé and I both decided to share our experience. We had them scheduled to arrive 9-11 on a Monday morning. Not only did they not show up, they did not answer any of our calls until after noon. At that time, they told us their trucks broke down. They said they could come the next day first thing. It was an inconvenience to take off another day off work, but we had no other choice. They "guaranteed" that we would be the first stop the next morning and everything would be fine. I was skeptical and had them send an email confirmation. The next day I was shocked that the EXACT same thing happened. No movers showed up AND they did not answer a single phone call (despite our multiple voicemails) until well after 1pm. We needed to be out of the apartment by that night so we had no choice but to scramble to find a mover at the last minute. After 7 tries, we finally found a moving company that was available to help. At 8pm that night (OVER TEN HOURS AFTER OUR RESCHEDULED TIME) the guys in stallions truck called to apologize. Apparently the office double booked them all day. Our experience was outrageous. Stallion never showed up, never communicated with us, and expressed no apologies. Do not even think of trying to work with this terrible company. They will undoubtedly disappoint you.

Ive hired Stallion twice now, and while I was impressed with them the first time, this time they did even better! We had a two bedroom apartment that got moved into a multi-level house, and hired stallion for the furniture in particular - Ive got some fairly awkward pieces, like a squat rack, 300 pounds of cast iron weights, and a 200-pound, 8-foot-tall wardrobe. That wardrobe is also probably the flimsiest piece of furniture I have (made of particle board), so it really takes some care to move right - AND it had to go up a flight of stairs with a turn in the middle and around a sharp corner at the top, so logistically I wasnt even sure if it would fit. Scott and Brian, the movers we had, handled everything perfectly in about 4 hours, and worked harder than Ive ever seen two humans exert themselves to get the wardrobe into the bedroom. It was insane. Stallion isnt the cheapest company in Denver if I remember my research correctly, but I think you get what you pay for - both times Ive moved with them Ive gotten movers who were friendly and personable, explained everything to me in detail, took really good care of my stuff, and worked REALLY hard to get things done fast.

I had a really great experience with Stallion Movers on September 30.. The 3 man crew of Mike, CJ, and Archie (?) or maybe it was Arthur, were very professional, polite, and hard-working. They called when they dispatched from the warehouse and gave me an ETA for arrival. Once they arrived, they immediately set to work moving heavy furniture and boxes. Everything was safely disassembled, wrapped and carried down to the truck, where it was securely packed. The guys only took one break for lunch (which I wasnt charged for) and they were kind and polite. I was very impressed with their work ethic, never really seeming to tire. They packed out the truck and routinely asked if we needed anything else. Once we arrived at the new house, they unloaded everything quickly and no matter which room we directed them too, they took each item there cheerfully. Great group of guys and movers. Again, I was very impressed with their work ethic and politeness to me, my wife, and my baby. Would definitely hire again. Moving is very stressful, but these guys made my day much easier.
