Ive used movers in the past and didnt expect perfection but this was the worst; to start we had a window of 9-11 they show up at almost 1pm, did anyone in the office call and let me know they were going to be late, NO and when I called I was told "we had 10 people call in sick and they were looking for a crew to send to my house" I was promised they would get me moved on my scheduled day but could not give me a time. I was also promised a discount for missing my window of arrival. They show up at 1 pm and what a joke these three guys were, the youngest who seemed to be the one in charge spent quite a bit of time asking about how much my home sold for and cost of things, NOT HIS BUSINESS. Well they didnt lie we did get our home moved on the scheduled day but they finished at 9pm it was dark and they stacked everything in the garage so that it could all get done that day. We also had to watch over them to make sure that they moved everything because as the day progressed on they were tired and wanted to be done. Needless to say we were exhausted, we unlike the movers got up early to be ready. At the end of the move the young man in charge gave us our total which was a healthy amount but it had no discount as promised by the office. As the sun came up the next morning, Saturday we could see damage on our stuff so on Monday I call the office 1st to ask why we were promised a discount and it did not appear on the final total, we were offered $25 for our inconvenience, we had just spent over $1200.00 which had they done their job right would have been fine. 2nd I told her what about the damage to my furniture to which I was told they would send their person out to check it out and make restitution. Their insurance person called and was supposed to come check out the claim on Friday and it is Tuesday of the next week and we have not seen hide nor hair of him. This company does not know how to keep their word or run a business, ten people call in sick in one day tells you that they have issues and had it not been that we were behind the eight ball and had to get moved on our scheduled day I would have taken the way of the employees and called it off. So sorry I ever hired them and would not recommend them to anyone that wants what they are promised.

This was my first time using a moving company and it was a horrible experience. They charged me for the time they dispatched to the time they completed moving my furniture to my new place, which I am not sure if this is standard but I did not mind. One of the movers (Stevon I believe) reeked of cigars and took his time moving light items such as my patio chair. He also utilized my bathroom without my permission, made a number 2 and did not clean up after himself. There was feces all over my toilet. Once we arrived at my new place, they completely finished moving all of my furniture with the exception of putting my bed together. The other mover told me that they had reached the end of the last hour so at this point it had only taken them a total of 2 hours to move my belongings into my new place. The mover went back to his truck to do the paperwork and after he was done which was about 5 minutes later, he told me that the time had already went into the third hour. Since the paperwork he did took him 5 minutes to do, they charged me for the third hour. Since I had to pay the extra hour anyway, I requested for them to put my bed together. A few nights later, I realized that the screws were loose on my bed. This concerned me since my dog occasionally sleeps under the bed on some nights. So I called them the next day to give them my feedback and request my last hour to be refunded. The representative was rude and said she would send me forms to fill out then hung up. I never got the forms to fill out for my claim. When I filed my complaint through the Better Business Bureau, they fought back with lies about the date that I contacted them to complain and about sending me the email on the same date. They stated that they take complaints seriously but they never emailed me as they promised me they would, they lied about the date that I called to complain, and its been over a month since I reported the complaint to them and it is still unresolved. If they really do take complaints seriously, they wouldve emailed me on the date that I called initially to report the complain to them and this would be resolved by now.

After all the good reviews I hate to leave a bad one but this one is much deserved. DieHard gave us a 2 hour window between 9 - 11am theyd arrive. They called us and left a voicemail they were confirming our address (the caller was barely intelligible and took 4 of us to decipher the phone number). NOTE: we never got a call the day before to confirm the move which is apparently their protocol. We attempted to call the number left on the voicemail but didnt reach the caller. We called the main office only to be told that we didnt call back in a 15 minute window and the crew had been dispatched to another small job. So we get a 2 hour window to wait but they give us 15 minutes to return a call. We are now told that theyll be available at 3pm. Fast forward to 2:40pm we call asking for an ETA and are told the "small job" is going to be at least another 1.5 hours. Fast forward to 4:30 and we are told that the truck broke down and they wont be arriving. I respectfully request they call UHaul, Budget, or Penske to rent a truck and that weve already done most of the work to get furniture into the garage and main floor. My wife also goes about calling UHaul and acquires a truck within 30 minutes. Its now 6pm and I get a call back that "there are no trucks available anywhere." Thats strange b/c the UHaul near us had 20 trucks in the lot and we got one by just putting in a phone call. The next day is July 4th, DieHard isnt working so we are out of luck. Im going to guess that the lack of UHaul trucks or the broken down truck is nothing more than an excuse to get home to start the 4th of July festivities early. We are told wed be a priority on Sunday. We had a contract with DieHard, we had a contract to be out of our home by 8pm on July 3rd. Ill never recommend DieHard to anyone after the experience we just had.

Horrible customer service. This company doesnt follow through on anything they say they are going to to and they are incredibly rude. I called to set up an appointment and they said they would send me an email with my date and time window. They never sent it, which is no big deal, but a little annoying. So I had to call them back and ask them to resend the email. The day of my move arrived and I took the day off of work to be there. No one called, no one showed up, nothing. I called them to ask what was going on and they said they would call me back. No one called me back. So I called them back to change the date. My customer rep was rude and didnt help at all. She changed the date and said she would send the email with updated info. I waited 24 hours and again, did not receive the email. After this I had reached my limit and couldnt take anymore of my time for their terribly run business and empty promises. When I called to cancel, the customer rep was short with me and said that she had done everything she said she would, never apologized for the terrible customer. They never took ownership of the terrible service. When I insisted that they cancel my appointment, she said "Okay, thanks" and hung up on me. I took time off from work for them to never show up and never offer an explanation or anything. If they had at least acknowledged the error and tried in the slightest to make it right, I would have been fine, but the complete lack of concern for the customer proves that this company doesnt care about the service they provide. Take your time and money and go somewhere else.
